I didn't know there was a breakfast

We asked for help with a TV but we're told it would cost us money to have someone come out. I didn't think that was fair for the price we paid

Really nice and beautiful condo, very pet friendly.

Couldn’t get the heat working/ on . The response from Vacasa was quick and fantastic but I didn’t want to move paintings etc to find a breaker so we used extra blankets. That was our only issue hence a take away point, but partially our fault because we didn’t want to mess with the belongings of the home .

It was a beautiful condo in a ski town, just what we were expecting. Well taken care of and stocked. We were very comfortable. We couldn't get the door keypad to work and a simple phone call took care of that. When we checked in, they sent a message asking about the level of cleanliness. When I reported a few issues, just so they could address them with their cleaning staff, they immediately offered to send someone out to take care of the issues. Very responsive!

There were some issues with cleanliness. A floss pick on the floor and some toothpaste on a bedroom wall upon our arrival. They offered to come clean it, but we'd already taken care of it. Not a huge issue, but it did make us wonder what else had been overlooked. Also, they need to have pillows for the Murphy bed. We looked, but couldn't find any ended up borrowing some from the kids beds. Lol.

It was very unclean. We spent 4hrs cleaning sheets and towels...on my wife's birthday. Unbelievable start to our trip

Location was great. And nicely stocked.

It was dog friendly. So, even though it had been cleaned, it still had dog hair on bedding, couch, etc. Also, the bathroom was not very clean.

Condo was very clean & nicely furnished. Everything we needed! Perfect for 4 adults. Would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived the heat was turned way down to 62 degrees. Quite cold on a snowy weekend. Maybe they could bump it up a bit knowing guest will be checking in soon?! Our unit had 2 master bedrooms. Both very nice rooms! Spacious & big comfy beds. Good quality bedding. However, One of the bedrooms with bathroom did not warm up really at all unless we kept the door open to the main living area with the fireplace. Hence sacrificing privacy for warmth. The rest of the condo was warm & cozy. We did check the vents to see if they were open & thought well maybe that room just needs a bit more time to warm up (??) I did let management know & they apologized, thanked us for bringing it to their attention to get it fixed right away. Management was responsive. The residential hot tub is small & kinda far to walk in the cold. But Granby Ranch Base Camp ( short drive away ) has a heated full size outdoor pool & HOT spa that is $10.00 per person that is worth the bucks after a day on the slopes!

Our family of five was excited to spend time in Granby Ranch for Father's Day weekend, but our excitement was thoroughly squashed at this location. It was extremely difficult to find the correct building, as they're not labeled well. When we arrived, the outer screen door of our unit was broken and hanging open. Then our code for the lock box did not work. As I waited on hold with customer support, I watched another family approach the SAME UNIT to try their code (which also didn't work). Customer support then told me that our family's unit was actually next door, not​ at the unit # they texted me to go to. I went to the next door unit and my code did indeed work; however, there was no key in the lockbox. One of my kids was crying by this point because it was taking so long to get in. The customer service rep instructed me to look under the door mat for the key (there was none), search for a garage (there was no garage, although I walked around two entire buildings looking for one), and finally told me that someone else would have to contact me about it. A Vacasa representative showed up 40 minutes later with a key. We entered the unit to find it had not even been cleaned...so after all of that time and effort to get into the unit, we couldn't even use it. Now a second kid is crying. We waited another half hour for someone to get back to us with our options, which included a totally different home (that was almost impossible to view on our phone due to low cell reception, and it just didn't work for our family); a full refund; or a 110% credit towards a future stay. At that point, we wanted nothing to do with the Vacasa rental company and it was impossible for us to use our phones to look up a new location on our own, so we just grabbed McDonalds and drove back home to Denver. We spent six hours driving in the car that day, just to get crappy fast food and end up back at home.

Great location

Were on hold for an hour and half to get code and code was wrong. Both the email and the phone call gave us the wrong code. It took another call and 15 more minutes on hold to get proper code.
