Pleasant stay, clean and comfortable caravan
The grounds were beautifully kept and the area was quiet with people clearly taking a lot of pride in their residential properties.
There was nobody at reception when we arrived at 4pm on Wednesday 24th July. I had to tap twice on the Accounting ladies window to ask for someone to come and assist. Our caravan key was actually left in plain site along with 2 others on the desk therefore I could have taken it but it seemed a little impolite to do so. The bar / restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay and apart from the groundskeepers who work remarkably hard to keep the grounds perfect we did not see a single other member of staff. The children's playpark and surrounding area seemed to be littered with a fair amount of rubbish and there was also broken glass all over the grass under one of the bigger trees which for small children look very inviting to try and climb. As stated above however there was nobody about at anytime to alert about the broken glass. I think the estate would benefit from more litter bins being dotted around and certainly a more consistent presence of staff.

The caravan was immaculate. The host was very helpful & went out their way to make our stay as great
Couldn’t fault the caravan was spotless. Everything that we needed. The host couldn’t have been more helpful. Let us check in earlier than we should have free of charge which was very generous. We loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you

The caravan was lovely and the park is beautiful too.
We were promised an email to met us know where caravan was as we were arriving when reception was unmanned. We did not get an email and the girl in the reception room (we had to speak to her through window) was not overly helpful. Christian (sorry if name wrong) was awesome and took over. He showed us to the caravan so he saved the day for us. There was also a wedding on at the House on Saturday and we were put right next to it. We were not part of the wedding and the noise was horrendous. You could feel the vibrations of the music until it calmed down after 12. Add that to the couple next door who argued for hours and you could hear it all - thankfully Sunday night was quiet! A bit of warning would be useful next time.

Excellent stay, we enjoyed a lot.
Very peaceful location, Nice and clean environment.
When booking two homes they should be next to each other. we booked two but there was another house in the middle.

Nice peaceful , staff I spoke with very helpful. Caravan was spotlessly clean and surrounding decking. Estate was well looked after. 5 minutes in car into Arbroath.
It said on booking invoice a dishwasher was in caravan. There wasnt one but it wasnt a big issue very very minor
