Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Most importantly for an Aussie it had a shower without a bath

Good location. Quiet area. Really clean and tidy. Everything you needed was provided. Really comfy bed and good shower. The host was easy to contact if needed

Top quality fittings throughout, beautifully clean, generous breakfast basics also provided. All as in photos & description, seems even nicer in reality! Very good location for car-free exploring of Arbroath, harbour & whole coastline leading to superb cliff paths. Also some lovely surrounding seaside areas (eg nearby coastal towns & Dundee city) by train &/or car. Very helpful, easy & friendly communication with owner.

owner was really rude, stated that I wasn’t clean, when I had followed all instruction of stripping bed, emptying bins, wiping benches etc.
