The place was clean and very calm. No partying around. All the sounds we could enjoy was the singing of beautiful birds hopping between the trees in the oasis. We even had parrots visiting every day! A place bird lovers will like. It was easy to rest here. Take some Take away food from the restaurants on the cute town square and enjoy on one of the great verandas of the house. Enjoy the great views, green trees, wait for the sun to set and crickets start singing, welcome the stars outside. Alwats easy to find good parking close by. Good also for guests to know that there is Wifi downstairs and possibility to watch streamed content on the TV. Pool was also nice, regularly cleaned and empty 90% of the time.

Place is cleaned very well. Everything was freshly washed. But it would be even more great if it had a minor renovation. Some new white paint here and there, including the floors. Maybe new handles for doors. Kitchen was well equipped, but an add on of a small dishwasher would be great. Minor things like that would make it perfect.

The place has a really nice interior and the best part is the roof top with the comfy day bed. We spend days up there, switching between sunbathing, napping and hopping in the pool (which felt like our private pool). The second bedroom is basically like an own mini apartment which is reached via stairs outside the house. For us - friends traveling - it was perfect. The beach is just a short walk down the stairs. Its not huge or snowy white sand, but definitely great to hop in and also if you want to avoid the tourist masses in Maspalomas which was our intention when booking this accommodation in the first place.

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. I liked the architecture of the little houses, hidden away in a tropical garden, and it had excellent terraces with an amazing view. beds are plush, everything feels luxurious. the beach is a short walk away (and climbing the stairs back up to the house from the beach is a nice work out).

we booked this place for 2 adults and 2 children. the second bedroom is quit a walk away from the main house. this is not an issue if your children are teens, but our kids are a bit smaller, and they did not like us being so far away. so would recommend this place when your kids are 12 years or over.
