The cleanliness, the whole room really. It just exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back again and make this a regular occurrence due to went above and beyond my standards. It is a very spacious place and close to shops which is ideal.
Everything was brilliant. I liked everything. The only problem is the area. The area looked a bit rough but its decent and inside the property it is spacious, warm and is very clean. I wouldn't say the area is a problem though.

Location. Surprisingly the street seems to be safe and is quiet. Rooms are equipped good enough, you can do or prepare all the basic things and meals needed.
I think there is so many things I could mention. From the initial attitude of the house owner to negligence from the business owner. These are not studios, but HMO type of rooms with ensuite bathroom plus added kitchenette equipment.
I needed to stay in the area for 4 weeks. As I was informed the hosts do not
The worst is the fact they don't do any cleaning what so ever on a long bookings, they don't offer bedding or towels change at least once.

No Freeview on tv which i cant understand bu there was a Fire stick to use but i prefer normal channels on Tv .Noisy street .I arrived early at 2.15pm and had to wait till 3pm even though the room was ready for me.Bit unfair .

The host was really helpful with any problems we had to the extent where any problems that we may have had ceased to be problems at all. The rooms had any facility or amenity you might need for a stay, the room was well stocked with tea, coffee, soap and shower gel on our arrival. Excellent stay.
