The service was great! Accommodated our requests and the rooms were very comfortable and stylish!

Breakfast could have more variety...specially vegetarian

Good hotel, very clean, comfy beds, walk-in shower, free parking space. Nice bar and breakfast room, with terrace and a wonderful view, completed with good coffee. Would surely stay again. Highly recommended! (The Italian restaurant down the road "La vecchia Osteria", highly recommended as well ;-))

The knob of the shower faucet was so hard to turn, not possible with bare hands, we needed a towel to do this. Breakfast could have a little more choice, and the orange juice was quite bad quality (I guess some DIY stuff instead of the regular concentrated type). We couldn't use the AC because it was turned off centrally.

We stayed here before so we knew it was a good standard.

The pillows were really uncomfortable just too bulky and lumpy. So we didn't have a great night's sleep. There were never any staff around and had to wait at check in and at breakfast I couldn't find anyone to mop up the juice which was running out of the jar. The tap was a bit loose. When a lady came she was obviously quite fed up. I apologised and tried to help but decided to leave her to it.

Booked and paid for 2 persons, got a room for 1 person. Staff was not friendly neither helpful. At the end, we got an extra pillow, sheet and towel, no more.

Staff could show little bit more effort. Waiting minutes in reception, lady ignoring me and spoke with colleague. No minibar in room. Food in restaurant 4/10. When I arrived, hairs on my pillow.

Bar and restaurant shut on weekends, so options for kids drinks were limited.

Very smart exterior and interior - modern and chic. Set a bit outside the centre, it was quiet and had pleasant surroundings. Lots of private parking and security. Spacious room and bathroom. Dinner very good - a main menu rather in standard style and content but a menu of the day gave extra options - my Putengeschnetzeltes was delicious! Portions rather large for us! Good value.

Breakfast was good. Room was fine. Location was ok.

Disappointed that had to walk a long way down a hill to find somewhere to eat at 7.30 on a Sunday evening as the hotel could provide nothing and even the bar was closed.

Very bad cleaning Service! Not good Management of the Hotel! Need a control of the Cleaning workers who made a fakes reporting!!

shower problems, 2times in different rooms happening that the shower can’t work than I call reception to come to open the shower! Very bad cleaning Service! I will never stay again here! The Cleaning Service workers made a fake report about the smoking in the room than asking 250 euro penalty witch I am not smoking person all my lives!! Be careful!!! I don’t recommend this 4 star hotel!! It’s a really shame for 4 star Hotel to happen this !! but real!! happened!!

Very bad cleaning Service! Smell all night could not sleeping!

I received a message that I smoked in the room and need to pay a penalty of 250 euro and All my live I am 52 years old never smoked! Never!! I am not smoking person! This is the way haw 4 Star Hotel stealing money from the guests!! Be careful!!
