Beautiful house to stay in with great facilities. Kitchen was new and well appointed. Lovely siting room and outside area. Very quiet area. Comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. Really enjoyed my stay.

As I didn't have a car, this property was a little far from Chichester town centre. It was about a 30 min walk to town or buses come along the nearby main road about every 15 mins at 1.60 a trip. With a car though it's perfect for quick access to the Witterings and other activities.

Single beds weren't very comfy. You could feel the springs. Other beds very comfy.

The blinds and curtains in the bedrooms let in too much light at night. Blackout blinds would be great!

Facilities were just what we wanted. The garden area was perfect. Great location for getting to many places of interest and on the bus route to get into Chichester for an evening.

The dining benches were great for younger members but as we had two grandparents, they found them a little hard, but with there were plenty of cushions around to assist.

Booking.com says pets stay at no extra charge, however I was asked to pay an additional £15 after booking as I was bringing a dog.

lovely new home, clean and in a quiet location within walking to town centre pubs and shops. The coop was practically next door. We could easily drive to the beach and the marina. gorgeous furnishings and they even put out a drinking bowl for our little doggie.
