Had a choice between wheat bread like bread coffee that tasted old jelly and peanut butter that was it there was no breakfast

had to ask for more towels since only one tiny one in room and ask for more plastic cups which they got for us. not as clean as most hotels we stay.

it was close to the stadium and where we were going in Norman

The room was very dirty from the floors to the walls we were so tired when we got back that we decided not to ask for a change of rooms and just went to sleep since the tv was shattered and didn’t work. the light in the bathroom didn’t work. the coffee pot had never been cleaned since the last people stayed the floors were grimy. it was just an awful experience and we will never return. when we tried to check out and tell the front desk how bad it was we rang the bell and waited for about ten minutes before we finally left because there was no attendant at the front desk. a large dog was barking in the hotel in the middle of the night and somebody was smoking and the smoke drifting to our room in the middle of the night. that was apparent when we checked into our non smoking room also. I wouldn’t give this hotel even a 1. the chair in the room had so many stains on it we were scared to set in it. I wish I had a good photo of that also.

We had no pillow cases. Our mini fridge(lost 100 worth of food) didnt work microwave ddnt work. I was travek with my boyfriend who just got out of burn unit at hospital and he xouldnt lay down becuae the hotel had NO PILLOW CASES

location was good

non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Very thin walls so you could hear doors slamming and people talking in the next room. People smoking marijuana in rooms so it smelled horrible in the hotel rooms. Breakfast was horrible. No selection of food and very poor excuse for a breakfast!

The room was a decent size.

None of the housekeeping came to clean the room, there wasn’t any trash cans in the room and we didn’t get clean towels our whole stay.

The man working overnight was very pleasant and helpful. Always smiling.

The room was NOT cleaned very well. Obvious things in the bathroom, like there was toothpaste still on the counter, something nasty looking splattered on the wall, and hair still in the tub. The window inside the elevator looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

The gal at the desk when we checked in was helpful.

We had 2 rooms. 217 did not have any towels or wash clothes at all. The bathroom door knob was laying on the counter and no shower curtain at all anywhere to be seen. There was a very dirty wash cloth laying on top of the coffee machine.
