It was great all around no complaints whatsoever

The caravan was nice and clean and very homely.
Where the caravan was a bit of a walk to the clubhouse etc

It’s lovely but the cleanest could be a lot better, does need a little TLC

Beds need replacing and some of the chipped plates.

It was perfect for our family. Lovely and spacious living space.
Nothing bad to say about the property, but was surprised that we had to pay to park on the site.

Beautiful caravan site, kids enjoyed the personal feel of the caravan
The pool was fabulous and we used it each day; it was easy to book this
The front door on the caravan was a bit temperamental.
I was very unhappy to be told on arrival that I needed to pay £30 to take my car on site and not to have been informed of this upon booking.
Options for eating out on the site are limited, with a tiny shop so would be useful to know this.

Lovely clean little caravan in the quieter part of site.
Cant comment on facilities as we didn't use facilities. Was more of a base for what we planned doing. Also bad weather so hard to judge how busy etc it would normally be.
Slight issue but all felt mattresses would benefit from replacing....
Am only 9st but seemed to roll to middle due to lack of support.

We have stayed before and will stay again, our kids love it here. The caravan was in the quiet part so there was no noise of a night so the kids could sleep. It had everything we needed and was really cosy. We brought our fire stick this time but there’s loads of stuff for the kids to do, the pool is really good too

Caravan was well equipped with everything you would need. Clean and tidy and good condition. Lovely site with plenty of activities and entertainment. Good facilities on site.
Only allowed 1 hour slot in the pool each day.

Booking.com said towels were provided but found out they weren't on the day of arrival. Had to buy some. Website needs updating to reflect this.
All 3 mattresses were thin with springs digging into you. Need upgrading.

Lovely welcome with a bottle of wine, soft drink and chocolates. Very clean and comfortable. It's on a great site with lots to do for children with evening entertainment and sports bar! Brilliant indoor swimming pool. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Thankyou for a wondeful family holiday.
The only very small issues that we had were that the tin opener was broken, there was no toilet brush and the WiFi was temperamental from time to time other than those very small inconveniences, it was a very pleasurable holiday.
