el departamento es muy bonitos mas bonito y amplio que las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario, cafetera, licuadora, refri grande y los detalles de la decoracion muy lindos, Juan nos atendio rapidisimo por telefono y aun que no lo pudimos conocer la chica encargada de los depas super amable y atenta, sin duda nos volveriamos a hospedar

The property looked like the pictures, it was comfortable, centrally located.

It was hard to find, the name didn’t match the pictures.

The property was impecable clean staff was friendly and polite, we received clear instructions in how to access the property location near everything close to the beach and shopping centers, pictures are current the locations was cozy, and pleasant we enjoyed every moment there!

There was no breakfast, dishes were not clean, cups were dirty, cooking silverware were dirty.

There was nobody at the door when we arrived, We have to wait and wait until another tenant left to open the door. The tenant though that I was going to rob the place. There was not A/C in two rooms. The blinds were broken, the kitchen faucet was lose, the cabinet door was broken etc. There was not key for the rooms. One of the rooms got locked and could not get in. Nobody answer the phone to solve that issue. there was nobody available to answer questions. Juan was not able to answer any question and he was no professional at all.

The condo didn’t have a ocean view or beach front like advertised pictures on booking.com. We had 3 bedrooms condo on the first floor, the plot in front of the condo facing the ocean was fenced off by green mesh and metal posts. It was disappointed. There are also constructions and demolitions going on at the next buildings, so was noisy the whole time we are in the condo.
