It had really good air conditioning.

It was a bit dusty.

The host was kind and helpful.

The room was ok but could have been better. We were accommodated at the last floor. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Nice place to stay with a beautiful garden

We booked a 4 adults room. When we arrived the staff was quite shocked we were actually 4 adults coming. We booked a king bed and an extendable sofa room. The sofa could accommodate maybe 2 children. They offered to give us a 3 bed, 1 extendable sofa room for an extra fee, which i don't see as fair

The room I stay was not the one I booked. They move me to other room without balcony because they are commuted to the 50/20 program. I made check în at 16h45 and the tv was broken and was just replaced at around 21h. I stay there before and enjoyed so I let go these issues until on their comom garden my fur son ( small bichon frisé ) was attacked ( a surprize attack) made by a cat . They said is a neighbours cat but I believe is their cat ( owners to live there). It was a very negative moment and their atitudes dud not made the situation better. I will never stay again at Pensiune Mirada. That is why I am not happy with my stay at Pensiune Mirada. They even have some plants that are poison for dogs, according to the owners mother.

We booked a double room with balcony, but when we got there there were only double rooms without balcony available. We communicated that with the host and they were quick to offer a four-person, bigger room instead of one with a balcony and we were satisfied with the outcome

All good, the host was very friendly.

Fast check.in and easy to access the hotel. Host was rightly welcoming! A tip for transport: buy the one day ticket (24 h), just 10 RON, valid for all busses/tram whithin the city!

The room ( n.1) was quite ok, but impregnated by cigarette smoke from previous guests! The shower sink was a bit clogged!
