Clean, comfortable suite close to beaches, pubs, and restaurants. Lots of parking, easy access, frosty AC, and a smart TV. Excellent communication and easy check in.

Beautiful location! There was a full moon the night I stayed, so that added to the allure. There’s a kitchen, so if you can’t find food locally, you can still prepare food yourself. Plenty of space for a family. Cindy was very friendly and sent a pin and photo of the location via text, which was very helpful.

it was extremely hot when I was there, and there is no air conditioning. If you don’t want to be hot while you’re sleeping, take this into consideration. However, there was a nice breeze off the ocean, so I stayed outside late and enjoyed it.

Cindy (the owner who lives on site) has good communication via text. If you are not able to receive text messages (perhaps due to your phone plan), it will be hard to arrange a time to provide the keys. Quick access to the beach and she also provided chairs to use. Typical Puerto Rican home with louvered windows (no glass, so limited noise reduction) but was overall a quiet location.

the window was stuck open near the bed and sand constantly blew onto the bed.

Great location and value for the cost. Easy access to the beach, parking, and fully equipped kitchen. Cindy was a great host, maintaining communication all the time. She received us and showed us the facilities and where the access to the beach is. She even offered some chairs we could use for the beach.
