The food was good for breakfast. And I had ordered food from the restaurant and that was good as well. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. I loved having access to a bar w/food, lounge area, patio w/fireplace, the friendly staff, rooms, access to a microwave and the bed was oh so comfortable.

Overnight desk and bar staff very inattentive and uncommunicative

The breakfast was good! The house keeping staff was nice! The front desk people were amazing! Beds were comfy!

Our air conditioning struggled to work, I usually keep the fan part on for white noise to drown out inconsiderate people like our neighbors when they come in, but it got super hot in our room like the air wouldn't work even turned all the way down.

I asked for towels at the front desk but none were there when we got back so we called to the desk and they finally got to our room

The location, cleanliness of the room and establishment. Staff was nice and professional. Facility was very pretty. The rooms were nice as well as the bathrooms. Loved the walk-in shower. Also, like that there was shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash available. No need to bring your own. That was a nice touch. Also having a hair dryer. Refrigerator! Nice big T.V.!

No microwave. When staying more than a day or two it would be nice to have a microwave to use. Water pressure for the shower was not great. The fire alarm went off twice in one morning. It would be nice to have some type of a loud speaker for announcements to indicate not a true threat or something.

The staff was the friendliest we have ever dealt with at a hotel. We felt very welcomed.

We stayed here for just one night, we were on our way to a conference in northern Michigan. We liked the place so much that we stayed again on our return trip.

The location, the early 3pm check in and 12 noon late check out. The facility was clean, pool warm, room really nice.

Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 3pm and was intend that our room was not ready for check in. We waited an entire hour before we were allowed to finally go to our room. We picked this hotel because of the location, the pictures we seen on line, and the fact that check in was at 3pm. So we were very upset that out room was'nt ready until 4pm. This trip was an home away from home trip for me and my husband. We had to change or plans also because we couldn't check in on time to get ready for our event. So needless to say, we were upset. But the night turn out pretty ok. We went swimming, went to grab dinner and drinks. Overall the hotel was pleasant! Oh and our BLACKOUT blinds were broken. So we couldn't open them to bring in three natural night light.

New building with creative design, the lobby set up is amazing and in addition the setting area out side on both front and back of the hotel was a great idea. The break fast is one of the best breakfast I had ever had at the hotels, I stayed two night, so everyday morning the will have a different types of food which great.

Just one thing, the bathroom sink faucet is too short to have the water in the sink.

Choice at breakfast was good when you could get it. But there was a state fair and alot of stuff going on in and around Columbus all at the same time. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were chatty and friendly. The room was clean and very tidy and the shower was awesome.

The pool was sometimes freezing but a good swim. Not bad just an in sight.

This is one of the cleanest hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to town!!

Only think I can think of is….cook the breakfast potatoes a little longer

Hotel breakfast was great and a lovely clean dining room. The bar area is nice though we didn't have occasion to use it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. TV connectivity to my phone for streaming was so easy and a big plus.

The lobby restroom was next to the elevators and there was a slight smell to area but nothing too overbearing and definitely not enough to make me review our stay poorly.

This was a Girl Scout Trip, They worked hard and planned for months. I booked 3 months ahead of time asked for rooms together or near each other and called the hotel to confirm since i booked through a third party. When i got there we were on 3 different floors and they were overbooked! Will not stay here again! It ruined the girl's whole night that they couldn't be together or at least on the same floor

Great breakfast choice and great lobby staff

On our last day (6) the cleaning staff did an awful job of cleaning up. They left our refrigerator open, all our drinks were warm when we got back. Also no microwave in room.

New hotel, new furniture and rooms are well designed and functional. everything was clean

I had an issue with my credit card and the staff during check-in made a big deal out of it. they couldn't block 15 dollars as deposit. I talked with my bank and they confirmed it'll be solved in couple of hours, but for some reason it was not enough for the staff to let us go into our room. I offered them cash and leaving my passport as deposit so that we could get to our room. Finally he was OK but it was a hassle for no reason.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, loved the seating area! The layout of the hotel makes sense in a fresh and innovative way. Everything was very clean and was not just the same hotel layout as everywhere else!
