Food not up to the mark our previous visit food was much better than now

Another beautiful hotel of Cinnamon Hotels group. It's accommodation spreads over two wings. Has a separate pool for guests who stay in deluxe category or above rooms. Delightful room with a very good bathroom and a separate toilet. Nice lighting setup. Room had a direct access to the pool. But the noice was a bit loud in the pool so changed to another room on second day. Nathalee has organised this for us and special thanks for her. The housekeeping service was excellent. Room service meals were delicious. Breakfast was a massive buffet at 'Bufe' restaurant. Multiple dishes to select from different meal types. Special thank for 'Yasindu' a waiter from the restaurant who is doing a great job.

There is a special massage for the management "can you please organize private/occasional parties at the ballroom or any other sound proof room rather using the previous sea food restaurant as the noice was too much and a lot annoying for the guests".

great location to enjoy family holiday, superb hospitality most staff well trained in sector to attend customer needs kindly and understandably.

after we book in booking for standerd room not available @time The reception guy i have his name 🙂 give us in deluxe room and asking for money in the room for him self and told me i give you a big room (deluxe) .

cinnamon hotel chains are always nice and I will always chose Cinnamon Bey over any hotel.

Not the property per say; but the communication during and prior could be improved. Mails could have been answered when a booking has been confirmed. So it was a bit of allover the place when the booking has been done from overseas. But over all the staff is lovely and polite.

Great location, amazing view, the room is spacious. Professional friendly smiling staff that are always willing to help with everything they can from the cleaners to the kitchen staff. Specially chef Asanka and Ms. Heshani.

I didnt like that they put to much of Russian stuff.in the Buffet was russian food and in one night the play russian music so high and laut that i can't sleep

House keeping and room service was very slow

The location is excellent. The hotel has a big area with a huge swimming pool. Rooms are spacious. Food and service was good

Cleanliness of corridors needs improvement. There was frequent power disruption.

very good service experience (friendly staff) from the hotel area (clean, comfortable) good place to swim in the ocean! Compared to other hotels, this place is very good! there are a lot of squirrels, monitor lizards, beautiful birds on the territory!
