Location and view were great!

For the price you are paying for the location and view. But it could be a bit cleaner in the “corners”. TV was very small if that matters to you.

We liked the location of the property.

First, we found the home to be very tired and in need of painting, updating, and definitely some new sofas and more comfortable beds. The upstairs bath sink faucet was broken but we managed to get the faucet lever back on. I would not return unless it was updated. There was also a “stump” of some kind at the bottom of the back steps. Big tripping hazard. Also, although I was told there was parking for 2 cars, it was tricky getting 2 parked in the lawn in the dark with the water on the edge of the grass.

We liked the property and it's location and the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The harbour was just a short walk from the house and the kitchen and dining area was great for a group of four to eat breakfast and dinner.

Unfortunately the TV was not working which was a shame and we found that there was limited hot water which was disappointing as with four people, we would have liked to have a shower in the morning and when we got back from our day trip, we just all took really quick showers so not the end of the world.

La localisation était parfaite avec une très chouette vue sur l'eau.

Mobilier du rez-de-chaussée digne d'un bric-à-brac (vieux, fort abimé, extrêmement fragile ...). Beaucoup trop d'objets disparates et de piètre qualité. Odeur de renfermé / humidité dans les canapés. Mauvaise odeur récurrente (animal mort ?) au rez-de-chaussée. Pas moyen de communiquer avec Vacasa (gérant de la location) depuis l'Europe : le link communiqué ne fonctionne pas ("Wrong link. You have clicked on an invalide link ...." et donc impossible de communiquer sauf par téléphone, ce qui nous a coûté plus de 30 euros !)

The Location is fantastic, so close to the waterfront walking area. Interior decor is fantastic. Beds were comfortable.

Upstairs shower max temperature could be a bit warmer, especially in the winter. It was lukewarm but not hot, which I crave in the winter. Unfortunately the power went out due to the fierce storm. No one’s fault but unfortunately this house got quite cold for us. Just bad luck is all.

We loved it but we found the cottage overpriced (especially the extra cleaning fees added on after)
