The location was good. The house was very cute & ready for our three night stay. It was a bit more complicated because the house was managed by Vacasa. Therefore communication was confusing. We did not have any written directions on how to use any item. For example, we wanted to make the house a little warmer and when we contacted Vacasa and explained what we needed, the person (who did not identify themselves told us to send a photo) Huh? No help there. We got many texts and emails from Vacasa but that confused us further because there was a different phone number for each text. When we checked out, we received different instructions on what to do. For example, we were asked to put towels in the washing machine but the house did not have laundry soap. Next time, we will double check before we rent a property with Vacasa. We had a similar experience when we rented a house in Vermont with Vacasa. Please note if you rent this house, there are tenants who live downstairs which we did not know until we got there.

Nice cute place in non-busy wooded area for a very reasonable price. Dog friendly! AC works great. Convenient to most things you want to do on the island. Great TV and sitting room. Kitchen pretty well stocked (except for sugar) and easy to cook in. Two parking spots.

Issues are few and probably nitpicky. First, althought there there many extra pillows (many people like us like to have two pillows per person) BUT no extra pillowcases meaning we had to sleep on pillows with no case. The master Bath was fine but needs a few upgrades - like the rusty radiator, etc. The other bathroon though is perfect. The master bed was too firm for my taste but that is a personal thing. The provided beach umbrella was in bad shape and missing the main pole. The only other thing has nothing to do with this house but it is noticable - mainly the adjacent neighhour's house's property is totally overgrown and probably has not been mowed in weeks and that detracts. Also, the view you get from the porch is also not spectacular becuase, the house accross the street's yard also is pretty overgrown and there is clutter about the property.
