It was easy to access our keys as they were within a key safe at the property. Lilac Cottage was clean and welcoming and very comfortable. It was a last minute booking and I would definitely return again. We took our dog and there was a safe area for them to wander around as the garden was enclosed. Car parking is immediately outside the property. Lilac Cottage is set in the countryside on a holiday site which is small and quiet. It is easy to get to and very close to the coast and places like Tenby, Saundersfoot and Pembroke. My family are from the area and we used Lilac Cottage as a base to visit familiar places and some new places. I will certainly be booking again :)

When we arrived there was no power to the property. However, I contacted the host who attended immediately and resolved the situation. The host was accommodating and very helpful. Even though there was the issue of no power I am happy to say it was dealt with immediately and resolved very quickly. With no further issues. There was no heating on in the property and the property was cold and took a while to warm up. However, this is the only negative thing I have to say and as the power was down on arrival it was understandable. Everything else was good.
