Tesisin temizliği, odaları, konumu, denizi , hizmeti, yemekleri kısacası her şeyi çok iyiydi.
Beğenmemek değil ama geribildirim olarak : Havalimanına yakın olduğu için bazen uçak sesi duyabiliyorsunuz ama odalardan asla duyulmuyor. Bunun dışında snack menüsünde seçenekler arttırılabilir.

Tesisin konumu , mimarisi , olanakları gayet keyifli. Kendinizi Samos’un içinde başka bir dünyada gibi hissediyorsunuz. Denizi mükemmel.
Tesiste biraz hijyen problemi var. Havuz temizliği daha iyi olabilir. Oda temizliğine gelen arkadaş kirli çöp poşetini odamızda unutmuş ve değişmesini istediğim havluları yere koymuştum onları almamış. Oda tuvaletinde duvarlarda kirler mevcut kimse dikkat etmemiş. Sabah kahvaltısı hiç yeterli değil ilk gün olan beyaz peynir ikinci gün yoktu. Sadece tatlı üzerine kurulmuş bir kahvaltı düzeni var. Restaurantındaki akşam yemeği çok kötüydü. Bize bayat ıstakoz getirdiler bunu belirttiğimizde tatlı ikram ettiler. Otel mutfağının acil revizeye ihtiyacı var.

Balayı için gittiğimiz tatilimizde otele adım attığımız andan itibaren tüm çalışanların güleryüzü, ilgisi balayımız için hazırladıkları ikramlıklar gerçekten çok güzeldi. Odalar, otelin her alanı çok zevkli ve hoş. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve lezzetinden çok memnun kaldık

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in diesem fantastischen Hotel zu verbringen, und wir können mit voller Überzeugung sagen, dass es eine Bewertung von 10,0 mehr als verdient hat.
Das Frühstück war perfekt. Die Auswahl war enorm und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das umfangreiche Angebot an glutenfreien Produkten sowie verschiedene Milchalternativen – ein Traum für jeden, der spezielle Ernährungsbedürfnisse hat.
Das Personal und der Service waren herausragend. Jeder Mitarbeiter war freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen fühlte. Außerdem waren Sie immer für uns da und haben sich um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Spa-Behandlungen, die wir nur jedem empfehlen können. Die Anwendungen waren professionell und äußerst entspannend.
Unser Zimmer war geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Unsere Swim-Up-Suite war ein absoluter Traum. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool hat unser Urlaubserlebnis nochmals auf ein neues Niveau gehoben.
Es fehlte uns an nichts und alle unsere persönlichen Wünsche wurden schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Ein weiteres Highlight war der persönliche Fahrer des Hotels, der nicht nur sehr freundlich war, sondern auch stets Zeit für uns hatte.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Maria, der Guest Experience Managerin des Hotels. Ihre Freundlichkeit und ihre zuvorkommende Art haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Sie war immer für uns da und hat sich um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert.
Die Fluggeräusche haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört, da der Flugverkehr auf Samos sehr gering ist und man davon fast nichts mitbekommt.
Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Check out saati çok erken 11am. Booking de 12 olduğu yazıyor. Ayrıca derin dondurucularını kullanmayı rica ettik izin verilmedi. Marketten eve götürmek için aldığımız dondurulmuş ürünler çözüldü. Gürültüye hassas iseniz otelin yanında Havalimanı var yaz başı olmasına rağmen günde 4-5 uçak iniş kalkışı oldu. Yoğun dönemde rahatsız edebilir

Οι εγκαταστάσεις και το περιβάλλον ήταν μοναδικό. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε γευτεί. Αλλά το πιο σημαντικό ήταν το χαμόγελο και η προθυμία - συνεργασία του προσωπικού. Από το ζεστό καλωσόρισμα στην υποδοχή, στο Spa, το bar, μέχρι και την κυρία Μαρία που φρόντισε να μας μείνει αξέχαστη η διαμονή μας. Επιλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για την επέτειο μας. Και εκείνη συντόνισε τα πάντα από επιπλέον παροχές, προσφορές και εκπλήξεις με διακριτικότητα και πάντα χαμόγελο. Ευχαριστούμε από τα βάθη της καρδιάς μας!

Eventhough they enter the room to clean everyday, they did not clean the sheets snd towels everyday. They were on the floor, hence they were dirty. I was a littke bit disapointed about this sincerhe rest of the hotel was excellent. Aldo they would forget to put glassess and orher things as such. We stayed there 5 nights, so we felr it.
Also at the breakfast, I asked a waitress for a coffe, she replied it was self serve, I explained to her that zi tried to use the coffee machine but I coukd not operare it. She still told me to go to the coffee machine and find someone there to hell. I was also disspointed in such response since other parts of the hotel were excellent..
Overall, I would stay there again. However I would call reception everyday that I need my towels or the room to be cleaned correctly, that way this does not happend.
As for the situation at breakfast, I assume it was an outlier and this does not hapoend often.

Everything was super new, style and beautiful, clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.
They put our luggage on a bus which was not ours (with no connection to the driver). It was super stressful having to go to the airport without our luggage and trying to figure out where it is

Veel lovende woorden gelezen over de bedden maar dat was niet onze ervaring. Harde stugge matrassen. En eigenlijk slaap ik normaal overal makkelijk op.
Het hotel ligt zo goed als aan de start en landingsbaan van de luchthaven.

We stayed in a swim-up room which we really liked. The entire hotel area is very beautiful. Everything is new and fresh. We loved the beach and pool area. We rented the hotel's car for a day and visited lots of beaches on Samos - highly recommended. The hotel is only 5 minutes by car from Pythagorion where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops.
On our 5th day at the hotel, both me and my boyfriend ate chicken for lunch. 6-7 hours later we started to feel really bad. We had to cancel our dinner and rush back to the room. All night we threw up, had stomach cramps and diarrhea. It was awful. The next day we got to talk to the front office manager. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and defensive (right in front of other guests who were curiously listening to our conversation) and blamed everything on a flu that was going on at the island (bullshit!). This despite the fact that she admitted that several other guests had also become ill. We overheard the staff in the bar who talked about both guests and staff falling ill. Also spoke to several other guests who were affected. After a lot of back and forth, we got to talk to the hotel manager, who refunded one night because of what happened. Unfortunately, it didn't stop here. 1 week later when we stayed at another hotel in Crete I got really sick again (which totally ruined our last days of vacation in Greece). I had to go to the hospital immediately when I got home and was on sick leave for 1 week. The doctor was sure that it was the bacteria that had struck again on me. I am extremely disappointed that this happened in a five star hotel!

Architecture is beautiful, the facility is extremely clean.
Staff were very young and unexprienced. All the time, eventhough we gave them our room number, were trying to chase everybody with the bills on their hands for signature. Food menu was poor and not good at all.

Stylish, comfortable hotel with a number of pools as well as a private beach. The rooms with their own pool were delightful and decadent. Breakfast and the meals we had were excellent. Cycle including e-bike hire available outside. Close to the airport and only 20 min taxi to Samos Town.
Fridge in room was small and not very effective. Considering price you’re paying, it seems a bit mean to only offer four complimentary pods of coffee. Milk in the room was in small long life pods rather than a bottle of fresh milk and we were told to go to the local mini market to buy it if we wanted fresh! Not all rooms with pool access had shade at height of the day. Cocktails were refreshing but a little weak due to amount of ice.

We stayed at Casa Cook for 3 days, it was a wonderful experience! The decoration and the architecture are magnificent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. One of the best holiday experience ever:)

Fantastic hotel on the beach. Greatful and very helpful staff ( starting from desk, spa, room service to waiters etc). We have a room with directed access to pool and it’s the best choice. We afraid of location ( casa cook samos is bordering Airport) but planes starting/landing are 12-15 / day and from third day of our stayed, planes are impercetible . Great breakfast and well bar at the beach ( umrelkas, sunbeds and towels in price)

Overall, the stay was great. The design of the hotel is spectacular and very picturesque. We were positively surprised by the spa, there is access to a hammam and a gym, and I also tried their massages, which were amazing. The bed in the room was comfortable.
There are a few aspects that should/could be improved:
(1) Hospitality: The staff gave us the wrong menu (for lunch instead of for bar), forgot to give us a welcome drink, and gave us a really bad recommendation for a dinner place. However, it is important to note that we saw improvement during the stay, and most of our requests were taken care of.
(2) Breakfast: Orange juice is poured by staff. Most of the time they forgot to pour our drinks or had to be reminded to do so. I think it would be better if guests had direct access to orange juice, I do not understand why it is the only drink that was hidden from us.
(3) Although the design of the hotel is impeccable, some of the shared pool and private pool rooms are not worth it. Many of them do not have a roof or parasol, so during the entire day you cannot actually use the pool and the sunbeds unless you want to be constantly exposed to direct sunlight and heat. There is no shade in which to hide and cool down. I think it would be better if parasols were installed on the terrace.
(4) Dinner: It is a pity that the dinner menu is so limited. The food there is excellent, but the options are very few. Hence, you are forced to dine out. Also, it would be great if more greek food was included on the menu (for instance greek salad). Greek cuisine is fantastic and most of us come to Greece to indulge in it every day.
(5) More entertainment for hotel guests: paddle boards and jetskis at the beach, evening cinema, live music (tasteful).

Cozy and decent place to have a great slow holiday. Swimup room option is the best in that level of holiday resort globally.
No standard dinner menu is available in the facility. Car rental or taxi cab is necessary so as to dine out somewhere in the island. Or nice walk to the downtown is about 20-25 minutes.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Greece with a unique design and an incredibly relaxing atmosphere.
A great emphasis is given to every detail.

Cool hotel, good breakfast overlooking the ocean. good toiletries. Room design great, especially the pool access rooms. Excellent service at the beach bar and sunbeds.
