Very clean, brilliant central location overlooking the river. Nice and warm. Good showers. Comfy sofas.

Very student feel and not very homely and needs some work on the decor to improve this. It feels very empty especially downstairs and all the furniture is mismatched in the bedrooms and lounge as if it’s a bunch of random second hand things been thrown together. The kitchen is not very well equipped for cooking and we were supplied just one tea towel for 3 days. No dishwasher tablets so bring your own. Cheap toilet roll. Very tiny towels supposed to be bath towels more like hand towels. Check out was 10am which isn’t easy getting a family with 2 small kids and a baby packed up and ready to leave so early so we were a few minutes late and we had the cleaner turn up literally at 10am when there were no bookings for that evening or the next day. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than a couple of days. It’s perhaps better for staying for work than for a family holiday but then again it’s very pricey for what it is

Location was very good, around a 15 minute walk from the railway station and overlooking the river with a lovely riverside walk into a park. Very secure within a gated community with security code entrances. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. Only a short walk away from the centre of town and close to cafes, pubs and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Lounge and master bedroom have small balconies that would provide idyllic spots on a summer's evening watching both the human and wildlife activities on the river.

Very creaky stairs and floorboards made it noisy for person sleeping in bedroom on first floor. Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped (eg plenty of tumblers but only 2 spirits glasses) Freezer needs to be defrosted.

This property is in a fantastic place to explore Shrewsbury town and having allocated parking was a true bonus. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and welcoming . Beds were comfortable and house was lovely and warm with fantastic views of the river.

The only suggestions I would like to make is dishwasher tablets could be provided and there were only two wine glasses when the property can accommodate 7 people, luckily I had brought my own.

The location is great, right on the river's edge but no risk of flooding. Quiet at nighttime despite being in the cente of Shrewsbury.

Getting through the pedestrian gates is a bit tricky. A torch and some patience helps.

The size and condition of the property was ideal. The location of the property is perfect. It exceeded our expectations.

The floor boards are very noisy and they creak badly, this wakes you up every time someone walks to the toilet. We had a visit from the heating engineer, who told us there was a leak on the heating system, and that we may need to open a valve to allow water in to the system to increase the water pressure. The Thermostat did not work, it was set at 15 degrees and it was 26 degrees.

Excellent accommodation, comfortable spacious and clean. There were 7 of us and it was perfect! We all loved it. Great spot, close to everything and beautiful views over the river. We will definitely be coming back!

House was clean and centrally located.

The house was very poorly equipped in the kitchen, we even went out and bought a cafetière and left it for future guests!

Superb location, excellent flat with beautiful view from balconies and windows, very convenient for exploring along the river and around the town. Excellent communication about how to find it and code/ key information etc. Master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable - we slept very well! Immaculately clean and fresh feeling throughout the flat.

We had booked for 7 people - which was how many bed spaces there were, yet there only 6 chairs around the kitchen table and insufficient water glasses, wine glasses etc. 4 coasters and place mats. Had we been there longer than one night this would have been become quite annoying, given the high quality of the flat generally. 2nd main bedroom mattress was found to be too hard. Would have preferred a later check-out time. 10am on a Sunday morning is quite a big ask!
