The staff was nice, professional.
I booked and paid for a 2nd week, asked that my room be cleaned while I was gone, and that I would return around 3.. I left at 10:30 am (normal checkout is 11) and returned at 3(normal check in time) with my pet-by my room hadn't been cleaned.I feel bummed that I was charged 50$ cleaning fee and didn't get my room cleaned. I received clean linens and towels, toilet paper, but had to make my own bed, and toilet and shower didn't get cleaned.

The facility is new. Everything seemed thoroughly up to code and beyond for easy cleaning, maintenance and remedying any special requests. The shower head is adequate and hot water came very quickly. The toilet is low to the ground and easy to get around. The kitchenette clean and a full size fridge was great to have.
Everything was really new, especially for the staff. The computer system matching to Booking.Com needs work as the reservation system didn’t actually make a reservation even though we got a confirmation number from booking.com. I’d recommend using the hotel’s own phone number and double check with the property itself after getting the booking confirmation from any online sources.

Waited 2 hours for our room to be ready and cleaned. No coffee cups in the lobby for coffee. No coffee machines in the rooms.

Price was reasonable for amount of time booked. Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly. Shower had good water pressure.
For a facility that is all suites...the rooms had kitchens, but no cookware, plates, cups, or utensils at all...and were not available at all. The room did not have a hairdryer in the bathroom, no iron or ironing board...literally bare bones. Fortunately, I did not need any of those items, but would have been pretty upset if traveling far from home and did.
