Good selection for breakfast. Attendant was very helpful. Facility very clean. The entire staff at Marriott was Extremely pleasant and helpful. The friendliness of the staff was the most outstanding part of our stay.

The only issue we had was the Bed ! It felt OK at first but went down a few inches and became hard like a board. If the bed had been better the review would have been all 10's ! Cheap beds can spoil a stay.

The young lady (I don't know her name) at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I mentioned my husband was disabled and she made sure we were accommodated. She switched our room on the spot to a more accessible room.

The breakfast was okay. The lighting in the room was a little dark.

Man laying out breakfast was a little rude when asking for items as buffet was empty. Breakfast was good but needs more work to keep topped up. In fairness it was a busy morning but at one point the buffet was practically empty. (No bread items, muffins' sausage patties, yoghurt, cream cheese.) Pool was closed but very small anyway.

They only served pork sausages for breakfast and we don’t eat pork.

Still fairly new hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was spacious too. Microwave and fridge in room was a plus. Hot breakfast. There was waffles, pork sausage patties, scrambled eggs, grits, whole fruits, cereal, bagels,muffins, yogurt, toppings for the waffles and a griddle that makes 4 small individual waffles, etc…Staff was friendly. Small selection of beer & wine. Near pretty much all of the restaurants, gas stations, & shopping. Close to the military bases as well. Really nice. I highly recommend.

Not much to choose from in the marketplace as far as a midnight snack or something but there’s gas stations and grocery stores really close by.

Price difference between booking.com, what my receipt says, and how much I was actually charged. Estimated price on booking was $112. My receipt says $170.70. My card was charged $190. Bottled water is only for rewards members.

I have stayed there several times since it opened. At first, it was so new and clean, I paid more to stay there. This stay I was disappointed. The bathroom needed a better cleaning. The water pressure was almost non existent. It was just a dribble. The toilet tissue was like paper. The wash cloths were so rough I could hardly use them on my face. A little fabric softener would have helped. The desk top was damaged and needed to be replaced. I purchased a bottled Pepsi and was shocked at the $4.00 price. That is outrageous.

The Wi-Fi was awful. I couldn’t get my Netflix or Amazon Prime to work on the TV last night. That was a huge bummer as I’m a huge football fan😩. The Wi-Fi for basic texting was terrible both nights also.

I loved the rooms and the hotel

The staff treated my family and I horrible, we had 3 rooms booked for our trip and we came the day our room was ready cause we booked from 31-3 and when we got there the 31 Blondella didn’t want to give us our room until either 12 or 4 in the afternoon. We showed up at 4 am because we drove all the way from Florida and we had kids and it was in 40 degrees outside it was freezing. We asked her if there was any way we could get our room and she said no we couldn’t and if we wanted too we would need to pay full price even though we had a reservation booked. She never once asked for our reservation confirmation number just said no and had us wait in our cars till it was the time she said to check in. My family and I came back in and ended up waiting in the lobby till about 8am because it was freezing outside and we didn’t want to wait in our cars with our kids. Blondella left cause her shift was over and another employee came in and we talked to her and explained we had reservations she actually looked the reservations up and was able to give us our room. On top of all of this my grandparents had to book a room that same night because when we got there at 4 my grandfather wasn’t feeling well and he was cold and Blondella wouldn’t give us our rooms so he had to pay $179 for another room even though we all had reservations booked already and they tried to tell him he had to check out at 11am even though the room was booked until the 1st with checkout at 11. This specific person was absolutely horrible and didn’t treat us with any type of hospitality or respect only one of your staff members did and that was the one who gave us our keys. The rest were very horrible and truthfully the hotel was beautiful but the staffing there made us never want to return, please train your staff to be empathetic and have respect to the guest that PAYED to be there.

I do not eat early in the morning; however, having coffee was great. Overall, my family enjoyed the breakfast and this saved us time from making additional stops for food.

The check in staff was extremely grumpy. I arrived at 11:30 pm after 9 hours of driving an unfriendly staff is definitely not what I expected or appreciated at that time.

Beautiful new property. We stayed in a incredibly spacious room with an amazing view of the inter coastal waterway (marsh).
