Very nice and polite staff, great restaurant and breakfast.

The gym and pool service can be improved, although we had a great time.

Very good hotel restaurant. Excellent breakfast and also excellent dinner. Very kind and helpful personal. I'll surly return there next time passing Palmas.

hot tub bath water was yellow and did not want to risk using it.

Hotel is a little dated and needs a refurb. Rooms are ok but not great. Bathrooms are tired and need some repairs / updates.

Very friendly staff, the hotel is very clean, good location, good service in general.

There was no safe, the closet was too small, the bathroom door couldn't be closed. The restaurant was maybe too small for so many guests and breakfast time was usually chaotic. We had dinner at the restautant twice and the food was ok, but the wine was spoiled.

Surprising amount of English speakers on the staff. They were more than willing to help despite the occasional language barrier

My partner and I were both impressed with the setting, service, facilities and atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.
