Property was great. Staff communication was exceptional and helpful. 10/10.
The only one constructive criticism would be a hoover in the property would be nice. I left the property immaculate as it was when I came but only so much I can do without a hoover.

We had issues with the shower being too hot to stand under which was a shame

The flat was clean and tidy and was plenty big enough for my partner and I. It was decorated nicely and was really comfortable
There was no corkscrew but we nipped to the shops to buy one so that wasn’t a problem
