Great location, walking distance to the beach. The outdoor shower was used all the time after swimming, and it had hot water (not that we needed it) An easy walk to the creek, along the beach or the fire track.
Picking up the keys from Kingscliff was not easy with the parking and extra time needed to travel through Kingscliff.
The fans in the upstairs rooms didn't go on a speed faster than 1 and when we visited the nights were extremely hot.
No patrol beach within walking distance but that wasn't an issue for us.

Excellent location, great large house and good space for all the family to hang out. close to town and right on the beach. Beds and bathrooms were all clean.
Like other reviews, it needs a good clean, but was manageable. Its just the couches and outside deck area that was a little dirty but everywhere else was good.

The location was fantastic with a view of the ocean and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Short drive to cafe's and the IGA. Great having an outdoor shower for after the beach.
Cleanliness was disappointing, crumbs on sofa, sand in showers and floors from last guest. Cupboards and pantry untidy. Lounge room sofa was the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on. Needs new furniture and a spring clean. Difficult to collect the keys if after hours.

Great location and privacy . Loved the access to everyday small things/ items within a house eg needed sticky tape and blue tak and it was all in the thoughtfully planned pantry.

Close to the beach, quiet location, spacious house, large family sized fridge, large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, walk in pantry, large deck overlooking beach, outdoor hot shower.
Needs a good deep clean, oven looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for 12 months, dirty dusty lampshades and fans, microwave had food crumbs in it and the toaster needs to be replaced. The outdoor furniture had 2 rusted out chairs. Most concerning was upstairs middle sliding door had a missing lock so house wasn’t secure.
