! ATTENZIONE ! Le singole stanze non hanno finestre che danno all’esterno e/o terrazza , a differenza di quanto specificato nell’annuncio.. L’host ci ha scritto in anticipo per avere il 50% della cifra tramite trasferimento bancario (un po’ strana come cosa) gli abbiamo detto che preferivamo pagare una volta arrivati in struttura. Siamo arrivati nell’alloggio in serata e ci siamo subito resi conto che la stanza non rispettava la descrizione in quanto aveva una sola finestra che affacciava sul corridoio interno dell’appartamento (da cui si sentono tutti i rumori) , abbiamo quindi scritto al proprietario per chiedere spiegazione e sapere se magari ci era stata assegnata la stanza sbagliata e nel frattempo siamo andati a dormire. Non abbiamo ricevuto risposta al messaggio e alle 08:00 di mattina (stavamo ancora dormendo) è venuta a bussare una signora per chiederci di pagare subito. Le abbiamo fatto notare la situazione e ci è stato offerto di spostarci in un’altra struttura dove ci sarebbe stata una stanza con finestra che però non si apre perché rotta e che sarebbe stata disponibile dalle 12:00… A quel punto abbiamo deciso di rimanere comunque nell’alloggio dov’eravamo per non perdere la mattinata a fare spostamenti e perché comunque neanche l’altra proposta di stanza rispecchiava la descrizione dell’annuncio originale. Inoltre le pareti sono molto sottili e fanno le pulizie alle 08:00 di mattina quindi se sperate di poter dormire non fa decisamente al caso vostro.. Ci dispiace perché la struttura è anche carina e pulita ed in una buona posizione peró l’annuncio è decisamente fuorviante e ad averlo saputo prima saremmo andati da un’altra parte.

L’emplacement, la propreté du lieu

Des travaux à côté rendant la chambre peu paisible. La personne qui gère les chambres est limite désagréable. Pas de rideau à la fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir.

Had a really nice room, light and clean. The kitchen is pretty well equiped, they even have a food processor.

Had trouble to find the right door as there is no sign outside. Read you‘re booking-mails with a lot of atention :-)

Amazing stay!!! The location is the best, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff is 5he friendliest, nicest and most helpful. Rooms are Amazing and very clean, it was so nice to chill at this beautiful, calm place. And the price is incredible

This place is really really nice. Very modern and full equipped. Comfortable bed and very nice toilet. The staff and also the owner very helpful and ready to help you. Diana is amazing girl , always keeping the house very clean and tidy. Definitely I’d be there again. Thanks a lot

Everything perfect!

Less like a hostel or hotel. Much more like an apartment without a reception and 4 separate bedrooms. Good WiFi, Netflix on the flat screen TV, warm showers, good kitchen and central location

Contacting the owner about check-in was annoying. Also the door is very annoying to lock and unlock. Not social but I liked that for the days I stayed

This was the best room for the best price where I stayed during my 6 weeks in Columbia A clean, spacious, private room with a netflix TV, privat bathroom a shared super equiped kitchen and great location...wow...I was super happy and felt super safe and good, that I extended :) The owner is all the time available via Mail and helps and answer very fast and was also very helpful and friendly when I had a problem

Overall this is great value for money, a private room with a private bathroom for the price of some dorm rooms in the area. The rooms are small but have pretty much everything you need, the location is great, only a short walk to the square, the owner was really friendly although I barely speak any Spanish :)

The room could really use a bigger night table and some smaller bedside lamps. it was quite noisy as well, I think there`s a storage around the corner, people were unloading trucks till late in the evening and you can also hear the neighbouring rooms

The place itself was really nice, my room was good, bed comfortable. The lady checking me in, Lor was very sweet and she was always cleaning in the common areas. The place was safe as you need a code to get in.

Finding it wasn’t all that clear, I think a little sign on the front door would be helpful. Also there was some dirt in the corners of the room, it didn’t seem the cleanest, one of the towels was not clean and also the shower had hair in it when I arrived.

Location, Bed and bathroom are prefectly fine. Check in and check out was easy (just ask for the code earlier and phone number can be found on Google, the booking one is wrong).

Floor should be more clean. Kitchen is well equiped but a lot of the utensils were not clean. Room was quite tiny and didn't have a window to the outside.

Good location, close to main square, there is bathroom in the room, nice balcony and small backyard.

Very loud from the street, especially in first room by the balcony - you will be listening to motos, all kind of cars, noise from the school and storage yard nearby.

To small bed for two people

You get what you pay for. Location is great, few blocks away from the main square so it’s nice and quiet at night. Rooms are tiny, essentially just a bed, but you can make it work with the outdoor seating and other areas available. Smart TVs are a nice touch. Kitchen was okay, basic equipment available.

Check in process was a joke. Me and my partner + another couple stood outside banging on the door, messaging the staff and calling them for a good 20 mins (at 6pm) before we got any response. let them know in advance when you’re coming because the check in is contactless, so you just need the keypad password to get in.

This property is essentially a shared apartment with just four guest bedrooms. The decor is fresh and modern, and there's a large outdoor terrace with table and chairs. The shared kitchen was decent with plenty of pots and pans. The shower has skylights overhead so plenty of natural light gets into the bathroom during the day. The TV has access to numerous streaming services so you can relax in bed while watching a movie/programme. The location is great, on a quiet street just a few blocks away from the main plaza.

The room is very small and the bed takes up most the space so there's nowhere to put your luggage without it getting in the way. The shower appeared to be electric but there was no hot water – only tepid water, with no option to increase the temperature. Weirdly, there were no dinner knives in the cutlery.
