The accommodation was really nice and clean with amazing location and environment 👏 As a family we was extremely happy 😊 Staff ( Rahaf specialy) she was very professional with amazing attitude, we was really happy from her ❤ We definitely will come back again Highly recommended 👌

Absolutely not recommended for family. The building is scary and dark and not clean at all. The apartment is far away from 3 star's. Very bad condition. tiles on the floor are broken and dangerous in several areas. A lot of noise from the highway and not easy to get sleep. power socket is not attached well to the wall and is very dangerous for families with children. Not good smell at the whole apartment 😕

It was false advertising. The location is stated as rehab, when it is dar masr, which is a different neighborhood. The hostess took no responsibility for anything claiming it is not her problem. The electricity ran out the very morning after we arrived only the night before and the hostess made us recharge electricity card ourselves at local supermarket in order to have what should be available utilities. There are damages to the walls and electricity sockets. Toilet seats rattle and move out of place when using the facilities and soap dispenser is clogged. The description states there is heater and shows pictures of a AC in every room but they do not work as heaters, only one small portable heater that works for a single area. Rooms were freezing at night with only light covers and no heat. Overall very poor and not reflective of description, ratings, or review or at all the quality of what I have come to expect from booking.com.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming hostess! The apartment is really spacious and clean The furniture is all modern and in excellent condition And it has literally all the appliances you might ever need and more .. and they're all good brands! No cheap stuff! The bathrooms (yes, plural) are very clean and also the towels were clean and neatly packaged Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it

The apartment I received was tottaly didffernt from the pictures on booking , cleaning was very bad , old firnature and some item are broken. Not even sure if the positive reviews I seen before are real. they charged me addtional fees for the cleaning service and still the basics wasnt there. check the photos attached here

The property was clean, equipped with all the furniture and kitchenware. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Miss Lena was very helpful and always available.
