The couch was quite uncomfortable

Toilet cistern was yellow and stained and didn’t fit the toilet properly.

Taps were very noisy and we could hear people next door turning them on and off throughout the day and night. Apartment would benefit with some soundproofing.

Couldn't get a hold of anyone to collect our key because the general store is closed on Wednesdays and the phone signal in town is terrible. We were ready to leave town after almost 3 hours without getting access to the apartment, but then we finally got through to the host on the phone. Turns out the key was in a lock box that we needed a code for, none of this information was in the confirmation email, it just said pick up the key at the general store between 2 and 4 pm. Hopefully this will be improved in the future.
