Sparkling clean, spacious, friendly staff, good design, nice gym and coffee/tea in the lobby.
Breakfast is pretty basic and toiletries are a bit hard to squeeze out of the bottles, which are installed in the bathrooms.

The front desk was very pleasant.
I understand that it was a very busy weekend but i would’ve rathered waited a little longer for a clean room. There is hair everywhere from the shower to the bed to the refrigerator. I went to the lobby to request a change of room or a change of linen but there were no housekeepers or extra rooms so I was given linen to change the bed myself. There was so much hair on the bed linen that i have no choice but to believe those are the same linens from the people that stayed here before me. I did not get a good nights rest because all i could think about is how unsanitary my room was. This is not at all how i envisioned my vacation starting.

I think the hotel was modern and the common areas were brightly lit and felt welcoming not like someone is trying to hide something. The furnishings in the room were modern and clean and the bathrooms were roomy and very well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of electrical outlets.
The front-end staff could have looked cleaner. Just didn't feel approachable, hospitable. She wasn't rude, but didn't get the warm feeling that i get from other hotels I stay.

Tru Hill exceeded my expectations. This was a fantastic hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, spotless rooms, so incredibly quiet. Affordable too. They have have their own pancake machine which I have never seen at any other hotel. My only gripe was they do have someone staffed for the breakfast room who seems to be watching at all times, but she is super nice. Would absolutely stay again.

THE LOCATION WAS FINE FOR US. RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY BUT QUIET. GOOD COFFEE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY, AND SNACKS AND OTHER FOOD YOU COULD PURCHASE. BREAKFAST WAS AMPLE. THE DECOR WAS VERY UP TO DATE, AND MINIMAL. SHOWER WAS GREAT ROOM COMFORTABLE. BATHROOM HAD ALL AMENITIES.

Front desk person when I checked in wasn't that warm and welcoming. Just was a little off putting for the overall atmosphere of the hotel and couldn't help but think that if that person had smiled and been welcoming, this would have been a great hotel. But she was a somewhat negative first impression of the place.

Air conditioning was too loud and we couldn’t turn it off. No coffee maker in the room. The alarm woke us up at 5am by itself - very unpleasant given that we really needed a good sleep (the alarm was not unset by the staff).

I enjoy the 2 nights the place has very friendly staff and it's very clean ,rooms are great comfy .They have a great selection for breakfast which is included in your stay I recommend this place 100% and will def stay again in the future.
