Plenty of space in the bedrooms and lounge.

Shabby and dated. Uncomfortable sofas, cheap rough sheets, hard pillows, scratchy towels, no hooks or towel rails in the bathrooms. Instructions were to dispose of our own rubbish but there were no recycling bins in the flat and no instructions as to where to put it. The store in the basement said No Unauthorised Access. The flat itself was clean but the balcony was dirty with cobwebs and cigarette butts and the outside of the windows was dirty.

Location

The location is great for central MK and for the parks and theme parks.

The bedrooms are on separate floors and there is a fairly steep and long staircase inbetween. We travelled with young children and didn't realise this in advance. There was no stair gate so we slept on the sofa bed in the living room in order to be on the same floor as the children. Some of the furnishings were stained and damaged but we were given a small refund. It could be a great place if it had a bit of money spent on it.

The flat was very dirty, it requires not just a light clean, it needs a deep clean. The carpet was engrained with food. The bath had a dirt line and the plug was full of hair. Our bed sheets were stained. We had to clean all the crockery and cutlery before using due to the food that was encrusted over them. It was difficult to relax because of how grubby everything was.

It was nice and spacious. The people who run it are very helpful and accommodating.

Great location, gated parking, access to walking trails

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, and linens had not been cleaned in the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen not equipped properly, especially with so many dishes being dirty from the previous people who stayed there. I really did not want to wash someone else’s dishes. Ripped cigarette packaging on the floor when we arrived. Just really dirty and hard to stay in. Additionally the apartment has a big flight of stairs and is broken up over two stories - good to know if you have any mobility issues. Would not recommend or stay again.

The key collection was easy, no issues.
