Location was great. Ocean view was spectacular.

Room was very small, air conditioner was under window next to bed so no air circulated. It was very hot in the room. No closet in the room. No ice machine. Also I was told to throw out my own garbage. Floors in the room and porch were dirty. They had not been swept.

The cleanliness and the view. Staff was very accommodating.

Exceptional location, comfortable & cozy. We had an amazing view of the ocean and it is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Emily was very helpful and very responsive over text and phone. The staff is very attentive and they're a well-oiled machine of a team. I hadn't realized when we booked, but your stay also includes 2 beach tags, access to bikes, and access to 2 rooftop decks. There's crumb cake and coffee in the office available in the mornings. When you check out, you will still have access to the outdoor shower and beach tags until 3p (all this is subject to change, ask Emily and the Jolly Rodger team about amenities!).

Almost completely brand new. The owners are continuing renovations but have done much already. New mattresses, furniture, fixtures, paint and floors. By far the best hotel I’ve seen on the island.

They could’ve had a small table in the room.
