Loved the central location, spacious balcony, and responsive hosts

Outdated room and building. Building elevators barely work, and from several conversations with people who seem to stay here, this is common. We had to take the stairs one of the days there after waiting 15 minutes for an elevator...from the 42nd floor. The unit also looked very outdated. Walls were kind of dirty by the bathroom, due for a repaint, and it had an odd smell when we walked in, perhaps from being closed so long? not sure what it was
