The apartments are new, clean, spacy with spacy balconies and parking. Close to 5* establishments.

There is no room service- or similar service. Personnel is at minimum. There is a restaurant at a high floor (with a pool and a nice view), where you can NOT get a cup of coffee after 4pm!!! Breakfast or brunch is also at limited choice- Icon tries to sell it as a different establishment, yet I think ownership-wise it's the same. It's basically a bar/ restaurant, trying hard to sell you food and alcohol in an environment for social occasions- not really for people traveling for work, unless you are an alcoholic. From the moment you step in, it's about cocktails, food and drinks. If you need coffee to keep you between meetings or drive your work after 4pm, well... you're out of luck. Your only chance is some costa coffee or similar delivered by Wolt or some other to-go coffee in a paper cup from across the street... in a supposed 5* apartment hotel... 😠

Excellent location, the facilities, the view from the balcony.

Could benefit from better cleaning

Excellent big room, exceptional view of the sea and city, spacious veranda, everything that is needed in a modern luxurious 1 bedroom apartment, very polite and welcoming people at reception. It is located in the best (for me) neighbourhood in limassol in walking distance to the beach and a lot of great cafes and restaurants. But certainly the highlight is the fantastic view that you can not find anywhere else in Cyprus.

Just the typical disadvantages of an apartment instead of hotel (eg. No breakfast included, and some of the facilities of a hotel), but they are only some details that are clearly expected when you choose an apartment instead of a hotel.

The location It was easy to get to there from the airport it has a bus stop in front of the tower i used airport shuttle then bus 30 There are alot of public beaches near to it only walking distance If you like a morning walk or run you will enjoy the area around the tower I took the public bus to move around The apartment The sea view was amazing on the higher floors i asked for an upgrade and i paid around 80€ The terrace was amazing and i spent alot of time there The room and furniture very stylish and modern The gym I loved the gym it had amazing views of the city Morning yoga classes and all the gym equipment that you need Staff Was very friendly and helpful + flat was cleaned every day
