that I had booked on condition I could use the lift. I had explained to the host that I am unwell and semi disabled. THE LIFT WAS OUT OF ACTION FOR ALL BUT ONE DAY during my 10 day stay. I tried it every day, obviously. So I am now suffering the consequences. I am 80. My bedroom was at the top of the building; the few stairs in the flat would have been good exercise, but not 3 floors+ shopping. My few interactions with the managers were unhelpful but an early problem on booking dates was promptly noticed and sorted by Booking.com. Later email communications appeared to be sent from a no reply address and bounced back when I responded.

Apartment was nice and cosy, had everything we needed.

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable for us but it might be ours preference.

It is great for max 2 persons, but should not be advertised for more people. Unless a small child. We were with a 13 year old child and sofa bed very uncomfortable to sleep

Clean, modern, and spacious apartment. Good, hot shower.

Street-parking was limited on tight, cobbled streets.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. The location was wonderful! It was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and a quick ride on the 500 bus to downtown Porto. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed a week and could have used a few more kitchen towels and a full size broom to sweep up, but otherwise the apartment was well equipped. Also, a clothes drying rack for laundry would have been nice.

Flies here and there in the apartment inspite of cleanliness, not enough toiletries.

The apartment had all as needed for our stay and it was a nice quiet location with beach and restaurants a few minutes walk away.

Owners of dogs in areas around foz do not clean up after them which was a shame.

Very nice location close to fine dining restaurants (e.g. Cafeina, Pedro Lemos) and bars for a quick breakfast or snacks as well to beach, shops and public transport. Very friendly and quick responding staff, always willing to fix minor issues immediately.

Fantastic stay and very good communication with a lovely owner. All the requests were honoured. The small issue was addressed in no time. The apartment was very well equipped. Air-con was a nice addition. Lovely neighbourhood, close to the beach, plenty of small restaurants and shops. Convenience shop down the road with all the basics open 8-21. Quiet street. You can get Uber to city centre for 4-7 euros or bus number 500. Or walk along the river/take a historical tram or scooter :) I hope to come back sooner or later!

Top quality construction and finishes, clean, spaceous

We had a great stay and our host was fantastic. The location was perfect for our needs and we throughly loved the neighborhood. Although we did not meet our host he was very responsive, informative and helpful. Our unit was very light and on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach. Good amenities nearby, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, beach clubs etc. A short bus ride in to central Porto or a leisurely walk along the river.

The property is very close to many decent restaurants and cafes. The building faces a narrowish alley so it is quiet. If needed, there are commercial storefronts just less than half a block away. The unit itself had windows on opposite walls so it was super bright and made for good natural ventilation. Alternatively, you can turn on the AC which was sufficient for that September month travel. The TV monitor is small, but really, you'd want to go outside and take in the Atlantic Ocean sunsets instead.

Paulo and Carolyn were very welcoming and helpful! The check in and check out were hassle free and we appreciate their reactivity through the stay! All the appartements were very clean and nicely furnished - we rented 5 for the family! 👌 Location was right accross the beaches and you have supermarket, cafe and restaurant at walking distance. You can make nice promenade around and go to the city very easily by transport or If you re more than 2, taking uber to the city is less expensive than buses and tram.

The property is very tastefully decorated and completed to a high standard. It is very well located on a quiet but central street in Foz, close to the beach, supermarket, cafes and restaurants! The host Paulo was very helpful and welcoming and I look forward to returning in the future! If you wish to go into Porto the bus journey takes about 15 mins so it is very easy and pleasant trip along the river.

The host Paulo was exceptionally welcoming and available for any issues or concerns we might have had. You’re being looked after here. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and located close to a few lovey beaches.

The location and the apartment itself was really beyond expectation. Beautiful, quiet area close to shops, beaches, restaurants. Professional, helpful host who was very easy to communicate with.
