Lovely spacious living accommodation and well equipped kitchen and extras such as ironing board, iron, clothes airer etc. Loved the lounge area. Beer and crisps were on the table when I arrived and it all felt very homely Clear welcome instructions, and great view and grounds.

Shower head was black and a bit off putting to use. Having lived in Suffolk before I remeber how hard the water is. Pillow case protectors were yellowing. There was no toilet roll when I arrived and it was stated that there would be some. I arrived on a Sun day evening and therefore shops were closed and couldn't get some until Monday morning. The welcome booklet did say to contact owners if there was a problem, and I didn't do this, and am sure if I did they may have been able to help!
