The entire house was beautiful

A 5 bed rooms and capacity of 15 pax accomodation just provide 1 acces card for us. make alot of trouble in our stay.

A very strategic place in deed. I missed to visit this unit but 10 of our guests stayed and so far no complain. I read the comment and check with the staff has the leaking issue fixed. The staff response very fast and also answer most of my queries before arrival. It is a unique experience for my team to enjoy penthouse view in Cameron highland. Very spacious and good point is each room attached a toilet.

Can consider add in water filter so that the guests can make coffee fresh in the morning. So far so good.

The Unit

The host was accommodating and reverted swiftly on our requests. He was kind enough to courier back some item we left behind. The location was a major plus point as we could walk to the main Tanah Rata Town. The unit comes with 2 covered carpark. The unit is spacious with livingroom, dining and 2 rooms on the 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on the 2nd floor and it's convenient as all rooms have connecting bathrooms. We liked the open deck on the 3rd floor and had a BBQ on our final night stay. It's amazing to be in cool weather and have picturesque mountain views while we were doing the BBQ.

it was spacious for large group. have bbq facilities also. the room was nice. you can cook, all cookware and dishes completed. the deco was nice. it is 3 storey penthouse and we enjoy our stay. 😍

a week before, the owner told us, two of the bathroom were leaking. however, we deal not to use the bathrooms. but its okay we still like the place, since it worth every penny.

The pent house terrace

The leaks from two upstairs bathrooms down to the dining room was very bad. As seen from the condition, the leak would have occurred some time ago as mould was forming from ceiling down to the wall of the dining area. However we were not informed of the real state of condition. We were merely told 2 days before our departure date that the bathrooms had just sprung a leak the day before the phone call. It was too late to rebook a suitable place, so we decided to go as planned. Upon inspection of the premise, there are lots of damp areas on the dining ceiling, room walls have rising dampness, mould above floor skirting and ceiling. We had to place 4 pails to collect dripping water from upstairs bathrooms down to dining area. The rooms actually smell of mould and that is very unhealthy to occupants of the premise. This place should not be rented out and the location is right in front of the oxidation pond. So one can only imagine the “aroma” on top of the mouldy musky smell.
