The staff are very accomudating they satisfy the needs of their customer. We did late check-in and very proactive with regards to our needs.

Just the linen it was not too clean and notices that blanket has a mark with stain. Otherwise, we are satisfied.

- Multiple follow-ups of our requests before they arrived (we requested for makeup room, shaving kit, towels for floors and for bath, dental kit) - We did not expect that we would need to request for the basic needs in the hotel such as the towels, shaving and dental kits, and the staff's responses were always: "we will check with Summit if they still have extra of those." I really thought that towels, dental, and grooming kits are automatically given in every hotel, no matter how big or small it is. At Go Hotels Naga, we had to request and they'll only give it if Summit will have an extra. Don't the guests deserve these stuff? - Most of their breakfast menu aren't available. There are more that can not be served than the food available. - Their drinking glasses in the balcony restaurant have stained on them. It didn't seem cleaned and washed. We asked the waiter to replace it because we thought it had been used, but we were given the same looking stained glass.

Rooms were quite small per expectation. Crowded for twin beds and only one bench provided good only for one person.
