I really like the location. The layout of the property was great the Furnishings were great also. I was very very disappointed in the cleanliness when I first got there. But after spending four days there with children I now realize how much is there and was able to appreciate how well they did. My biggest complaint is the hardwood floor in the back bedroom by the back door it is loose it's incomplete on the installation unfinished and it's right in front of the dresser. My daughter stumped her toe and turned her toenail black on that flooring.

I didn't realize this was the next question. So I already answered this question in the paragraph above.

I loved the home and the location of the home.

Few minor repairs to the deck on back and balcony would be nice. Also the doors inside constantly got stuck. Also TVs in the kid rooms would have also been great.
