J’ai passé un agréable moment et bien reçu quoique pour une nuit uniquement.
Le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, le plateau d’accueil, la chambre, la propreté, la salle de bain.
Merci à la jeune fille du restaurant qui nous a très bien accueilli et servi.
Certainement des points d’amélioration comme tout est perfectible.

Good reachable in center of the city yaoundé, polite personal, the rooms are cleaned everyday. Big toilette and warm water, most important good WIFI and climatization

Really nice, comfortable stay. The restaurant attached is also good. Great value overall. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff who were also very patient with our lack of French:) Airport pickup, check in and so on all very smooth.

Comfortable bed, hot water, clean environment
No elevator; restaurant meal was just okay. No information in room on phone numbers for reception, restaurant etc.

The pictures of the hotel rooms reflect the reality better than in some hotels which are deceiving.
Badroom shall have 3 towels with one for the floor. TV channel image quality not ok. Defect card reader fixed with tape....

Helpful would be to have a table set with the options for passenger to choose and grab
Noise was a lot because our room was located in front of the stairs and window to the main street.
I think the hotel did not payed much attention to my previous requirement for less noise.
Room was not cleaned during the day when we were out.

The room was not soundproof. The streets were very noisy early morning and I had a hard time sleeping in. Looks like the windows don’t shut properly to keep the noise away

Staffs were very accommodative and positive. Their restaurant at the ground floor is awesome!

Very friendly and helpful staff and bosses. They did anything to comfort our stay, from an extra bed, to taxidrivers to bring us anywhere for short trips, but also for 5 hours. It's a distance (30') to the city center, but we used these rides to see how live is going in the streets. And the taxi is not expensive at all.
They were also very patient about payments at the hotel bar, prepared food after late night arrival...
I would certainely recommend this hotel, and will go back when in Yaounde again.
Nothing to complaint about! Only the breakfast is not intercontinental as mentionned here. But with bread, beans, eggs and coffee, we could eat and wake up... So no problem for us.
