Spacious. Good facilities. Clean.

Despite the details saying "good serenity", you are always aware of that there is a house above the basement. We could hear the TV for most of the day, although it was turned off at 23.00. We could also hear conversations, footfalls, phones ringing or vibrating for texts, furniture being moved and items being dropped. Whilst the bathroom and kitchen have been well-appointed, it is odd that the kitchen is not usable for cooking and we wonder if this is a fire safety issue. Many smaller details are neglected: no mirror over the sinks, nowhere to hang wet towels, the toilet brush looked as it had been used elsewhere for many years, the toilet seat was loose, the garage remote provided did not work. The access instructions seemed to have words accidentally deleted and there was no follow-up contact from the host.
