I like the amount of privacy the family suite provides . I also like the amount of respect the staff gave and how friendly and professional they were.

I didn't like the fact that its a family place to stay and the pool was not children friendly for those who cannot swim.

After booking I received confirmation and the final cost for my stay, however, after I checked out, my credit card was charged more than than the figure quoted as my final cost of stay. I reported this to the management and was promised a resolution. Three weeks later and having not heard from management I contacted them only to be informed that the extra charge was taxes which booking.com failed to apply to the cost of my stay. I was advised to contact booking.com to seek a resolution. This is very dishonest and I will never stay at this property again neither can I recommend it.

We enjoyed the ambiance, great location, amenities was easily accessible, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to beaches. Overall we had an enjoyable stay!

Suggestion: 1)Informing the guest of the locking door system particularly locking from the the inside when leaving. Not sure if all the apartments are this way but for example Apt#5. Maybe when sending PIN code message, have a note saying something like “Do not lock door from the inside when stepping out or so”. 2)Quick notification for transactions particularly for persons booking online through Booking.com, Expedia, etc…via email/WhatsApp/booking website e.g. “Hi Name….a transaction of xxxx…was pulled from your account on said date and is the first payment. You have a remaining balance of xxxx due on said date or something like that”.

Me and my partner consider ourselves lucky to have found this hidden gem in Tobago. Where to start? Location: close to everything we needed, groceries, restaurants, the beach. Almost in the heart of the action and still it felt safe and quiet. If we wouldn't want to explore the island we wouldn't have needed any transportation whatsoever; we walked there from the airport when we landed and we were walking everyday to pigeon point for water sports for the first week before we rented a car. For me, the best location that we could possibly have found. Accommodation: we were hosted in the Molly loft which was just perfect. We had everything we needed and more: very well equipped kitchen with a big new refrigerator, microwave, food processor, water boiler etc, super comfy bed, two AC units (which we never had to use since the apartment was always pleasantly cool), free wifi, satellite TV, a nice shower, seating area, balcony with pool view. The loft is super cute and bright and the mezzanine roomy and rustic. There is a pool (we were lucky and most of the time we were the only ones there which made it feel super private and luxurious) and a nice garden. Staff: here is where all the magic happens. Stacey and Emmanuel's hospitality is beyond words. It's the best combination of professionalism and heartfelt service that we could imagine. They were always attentive, always available and would solve any problem that we might have. Most importantly, when after coming back to Europe we realised that we had forgotten something of value in the unit, they went out of their way to make sure that it would be sent back to us. This kind of care is not something that should be taken for granted. In conclusion, the place fit our needs and taste perfectly and we will never forget it. But most importantly, these are people that put their heart and effort to this business and these are things that should be rewarded. I hope more people find out about it.

Since the pool is shared with the other units, and it's just in front of the entrance and under the balcony, you have to be lucky with the other customers. We didn't have any major problems, but if you get some loud or annoying groups it's something beyond the hosts' control so it's good to keep it in mind.
