the place is not only so disgusting that I couldn’t stay there, but after finding another place to stay I checked out and told them I would pay for the first night even though I couldn’t stay there but I wanted a refund for the second night and they said they would. Now they have not only charged me for both nights that I originally booked, but charged my debit card for a third night. The place is unsafe and they are crooks!!!!!

Under going a major renovation. This should be shown in the site information. The breakfast was a small bottle of water, a tiny coffee cake, package of crackers and a nutri grain bar. We should get a refund.

The staff was excellent.

there were bugs, mosquitoes and even a fly in my room that I noticed as soon as I walked in. the kitchen cabinets were and fixtures were new, but the bathtub drain didn’t have a cap, was old and rusted. the bathroom sink was located on the kitchen - the bathroom sink’s faucet only provided scalding water, we couldn’t regulate the temperature of the water. so tooth brushing had to be done on the actual kitchen sink. Bathroom sink: scalding water only. it was difficult to find the room with the front desk explanation (“all the way at the end but across the pool”) i was looking for a pool outside the property, it was raining heavily and hard to see, I would have appreciated some more information on the location of the room. The hotel should have a MAP and staff should pinpoint on the map the location of the room to the guest as a part of check in. pillowcases and bedsheets were a little stained. one of my pillows had a stain that looked like … dried blood?

The place was not finished being remodeling and severs was poor about cleaning your rooms lights kept going in and out

When we first arrived I was just like o my goodness what have I done booking this hotel. from the looks of things they are remodeling and I understand that but let people know before the book. walked In the room the floor was dirty from I’m guessing the remodeling and the Internet sucks. overall it’s decent I guess

Nothing at all. Service was horrible and they charged my debit card TWICE... and the refund didn’t appear as quick as it disappeared. Couldn’t cancel because the cancellation fee is ridiculous.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The desk clerk charged me twice for the room when I first got there after trying to explain to him that I had already purchased the room online. Second, I was placed in a dirty room. Thirdly, they gave no directions as to where my initial room was. Lastly, the substitute room that they gave me had a broken lock so the staff had to continuously let me and my partner back into our room after EVERY DEPARTURE. Not to mention on the last day, the hot water in the shower was completely gone and I had to be transferred into another room… and that room was WAY BETTER than the two rooms they had me in before.

Manager she was exceptional Jaynell Rusa when out her way to make us feel comfortable !! The place being under construction door keys will no work etc. Jaynell made work!! Breakfasts advertising is not adécuate ☹️☹️
