Nice space, decent kitchen, kitted out well and clean and tidy rooms. Well thought out with providing dvds and games.

Location was very residential so felt a bit uncomfortable with the neighbouring property being reroofed and the noise.

Lovely pub around the corner with super friendly people, beach 15 minute flat walk away and shop two minute walk away.

Only one parking space (although you could park around the corner)the parking space in front of the house you were unable to use. Sofas filthy, tea mugs on arrival dirty, musty house smell, bedding stained and bobbled, towels old, dead huge spider on wardrobe floor so not been hoovered before our visit, bin smell in back bedrooms as had to leave our windows open at night as very warm, complementary biscuits dated 2022, curtains the same as have been mentioned in previous reviews of 2022 with the light coming through them, shower did not drain at speed. Ring doorbell, so I guess the owners can keep an eye on you! Attention to detail really missing.

Brilliant location for a beach holiday. Pretty house with comfortable beds and a second loo downstairs. Well equipped kitchen.

The addition of a dishwasher would be helpful and more hygienic between tenants. The patio garden could be more inviting. Thicker curtains/blackout blinds would also help - the bedrooms are very bright, very early.

Great location with 10 min walk to beach. Perfectly clean and very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather and thoroughly enjoyed the garden. Ate at the Lamb Inn which was lovely. Only problem was it wasn’t long enough!!!
