Clean, modern, friendly staff, easy to get to from the airport.

Not much to complain about. The buffet breakfast was OK, after having it twice in a row I got pretty bored of it but it depends on your taste.

Fabulous location to explore Naha, with easy access to Monorail and the bus station. Many of the sights and places to visit are within walking distance, We had a high floor (12) and it was very quiet. The breakfast was good. Room was kept spotlessly clean with fresh water and new slippers each day

Cleanliness

The decoration and furnishings are beautiful. The room is quite large, the bathroom is good as well.

The sound insulation is not good. I found some little garbage under the table in my room.

The convenience store is just next to the hotel along with some restaurants.

1. This hotel has a strange policy of air conditioning. You can’t select whether you need heater or cooler.. totally stupid and unfair and it’s not even written on booking. com. So, Be Careful!!!! 2. The breakfast is awful… they don’t change the menu.. all 4 days mostly same menu and no choice of eggs except scrambled. Neither you can make an egg by yourself nor the cook will do it. they rudely told us “ it’s not possible to do this for only one person” when I asked for a sunny side up egg for my kid. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE behavior from any Japanese hotel!!!!! ( B/f price : 1300 JPY) 3. I had a horrific experience with laundry. All my clothes including undergarments and such private items were picked up by some Tom Dick Harry ( a male) when we reached there 10 minutes after the laundry was finished. soooo idiotic and unprofessional!! When I asked for an explanation, they said it’s the policy ( which is only written in Japanese)… and the manager rudely says “ I don’t speak English”.. 4. This hotel doesn’t change bed sheets .My kid vomited and the bed sheet has some spots. I expected them to change during daily cleaning but we found the same sheet on our bed after coming back to room in the evening.

Check-in process using a tablet device on the counter is very inefficient and very, very slow!

This was a business star for one day before departing Okinawa and Japan and that is why the location was chosen. Convenient and simple. Clear room and friendly staff (used translator to English from their phone, which worked well).

Although there are no major objections, one should notice that 4* rating is more closer to the 3.5* rating in Europe.

The hotel is near konbini and train station. Easy to access from Naha Airport

Parking are not free

The room was very comfortable and clean. The coffee was also good and the staff was super nice!

There wasn't any body lotion in the bathroom and tea for those who don't like coffee.

It met all my basic needs. The staff were courteous and attentive, even when we had little language problems. It is only a few hundred metres from the Bus Terminal, on a street that is busy but not noisy.

No razor in the washroom; Supplied at front desk. otherwise, no problems. Aircon a little cool. Don't look for problemd where there are none.

The room was well designed with comfortable beds and bedding, and sofa for lounging. Convenient location with good restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

The view was not inspiring, but to be expected.
