Run down room, shower, bed light not working etc

Staff was friendly

Very unclean, blood on floor of first room, replacement room had bugs in the bed

Great stopping point for our travels, and the woman working the front desk was nice even though we arrived quite late at night!! Boyfriend said it was the best bed we slept on during our 2 week vacation (out of 4 airbnbs and 2 hotels.

No elevator (2 story building) and it was a bit dark in the room. Could’ve used more towels in the room, but we were just there for the night and it’s not worth going back to the front desk.

Convenience to the interstate, plenty of parking, coin-operating laundry machines available.

Room had no sound insulation... So, I could hear every noise made anywhere close to my own room. The bed and linens were each uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. I was in a smoking room, though I requested a non-smoking room.. So, the smell of old cigarette smoke hung heavy in the air and was a bit repulsive. And finally, I am an over 50 year old woman with a spinal disease, multiple back surgeries, and sciatic nerve damage... So walking up and down stairs because there is no elevator is nearly impossible. I made it work, because I had to... But, it caused me some unbearable pain and discomfort.

Not much. Staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful..

The bed in the room was not made! It simply had sheets on the bed. I asked for a couple blankets and was told that none were available. I was offered a new room. The new room didnot have any towels and the Tissue Dispenser was empty. The staff brought me a couple towels. In general, the housekeeping staff had not done their job and the motel seemed to lack the availability of bed linens. I woujld not return to this motel.

every once in awhile a smell of onions outside ! ha ha ! farming.

First room given had a very bad smell so had to move to another room. The second room had no lights working in the bedroom. Two lights had no bulbs and the other light the bulb was burnt out so had to call and tell them. They said we can move you you to another room. I said can’t you just come and put some light bulbs in. That worked once they did it. There was a lot of dust in the room and the bed was much too soft.
