The room was clean and in good condition for a pet friendly room. Service was excellent. Nice stay.

The decor is outdated,dirty, broken or stained. We requested joining rooms when i booked and made the reservation online. We did get joining rooms however later in the evening the middle support under one of the beds in my friends room broke while she was just sitting and watching tv. She got moved to the end of the hall to the last available room. Not the end of the world. Around 12am or one I heard someone go into the now vacant room that my friend was in. The walls are paper thin. About a half hour later there's A LOT of noise of people going in the room bumping stuff on the walls going in and out and then the sound of an air mattress being blown up. This continued over an hour and I couldn't get to sleep. Around 3am I called the front desk to let them hopefully handle it. The person who answered said that they gave them a big discount because the room wasn't cleaned. I asked if I was going to get a big discount because i couldn't fall asleep because they were being so loud. He said I'll have to ask the manager for that. I spoke with the manager. He took down my information and he had to reach out to the owners for compensation. I have not heard from him to this day. 5 phone calls and 2 months later.

Room was dirty, stained bed cover, stained pillows, etc. Front desk was embarrassed and said they have had trouble with housekeeping. He did what he could to make it more acceptable for us. We will not be staying again.

The room was decent. Could use better lighting. The walls were thin and you could hear the people above you. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast which cost extra was not good. They had very little to choose from. Mainly cereal.

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely courteous & polite. He greeted us as we approached the front desk. It’s so nice seeing a friendly, warm & genuine smile after a long day of traveling!

We were on the road and needed to stop so I hopped on.com and found this location that is pet friendly. Our room was standard, clean, and had a fridge and microwave. The toilet is in with the shower: it’s really difficult to get into the room unless you step over the toilet. Had a decent breakfast, we had waffles. I also appreciated that there was a grassy area right outside the back door, so easy to let the dog out. My biggest complaint was that it was quite loud, you could hear all of the doors open, people in the hall, talking, which made my dog growl and bark a lot more than he normally would.

I have stayed in literally hundreds of rooms and this is by far the worst tv service ever. It was clumsy and difficult to use. VERY...VERY FRUSTRATING. Whoever owns this property is trying to save a buck, but is only alienating their customers. Red Lion should never allow such a BS system as it soils their brand. I can assure the owner that travelers care very much about their tv choices and this is one area you shouldn't be cutting corners. Second is breakfast. Very limited choices and again an area in which you shouldn't be cutting corners. Leaves a very bad last impression. - I cannot recommend this property for these reasons and will not be staying here again. So....you've lost a future customer by cutting corners. Not a very good business decision.

Staff was friendly. We were on the second floor and the only complaint were the noisy kids that parents were allowing to run down the hall and yell.

It was just a quick, short overnight. The checkin was quick and friendly. Room was large and well equipped. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was also excellent!

We were very happy with our stay at Red Lion Inn & Suites. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the TV worked well after the manager assisted us in getting it to work in the second room he moved us to when it turned out that the TV in the first room wasn’t working. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the small sink surround so that I had to put my toiletry bag on the floor so it wouldn’t be liable to get wet. But for one night no big deal. We would stay there again.

Forest fire air quality made us navigate away, Previous Red Lion Stay made us not sad to be there, but no consolidations were made. Yes, it was after cancellation period, but very early in the AM when we knew air quality would be an issue...Don't stay at Red Lion,

The stay was nice, good price. Also love the room with 3 queens. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only problem is tv cable was broken off from yv back. Couldn't get regular channels but was able to watch a few roku channels. Not a deal breaker though. Location is close to lots of food. Over all decent .
