clean hallways and rooms

no ac in the lobby and receptionist takes about 30-45 min to check you in. she has no sense of urgency and doesn't really seem like she knows what she is doing. her name is sabrina and it was so bad i had to warn the people checking in while i was checking out.

No room service. Get charged to replace linens and towels. Broken elevator. Appliances are rusted and old. Broken shower head was being held up by plastic wrap. Roaches!

Property charged my card prior to my stay when booking said we could pay at the property... Woodspring Suite employees were no help at all. When completing booking it states "your card WILL NOT be charged" and yet the property was able to and would not reverse the charge. Very disappointed! Waited a good 20mins before being attended to check in..called property several times while waiting in the lobby. Air con was also not working to it's full potential..asked for clean towels and receptionist said we had to turn ours in before receiving new ones but we were on third floor. NO CHANNELS TO WATCH ON CABLE! There were only two channels available to watch without signal interruption.

it was mainly men was told there they hadn’t seen female in a while scary bc I had kids with me. floors were dirty. you would get a fee if you left trash . at night the outside had an odor
