the rooms were terrible and there is no pool at the hotel and it was advertised as having a pool the room was so small and felt horrible and dirty so we left and stayed in another hotel

Food was good and the owners or their employees were friendly and helpful. Prices were quite high so we split most meals in the restaurant.
Motel rooms were outdated and it needs a county inspection. My wife and I were shocked of the conditions in the room! I have already sent a review of this motel in the past couple weeks. I would have much rather sleep in my car versus the motel room. Your company needs to check out the rooms in person as opposed to online photos.

Great location, awesome staff at restaurant.
The top bed in the mezzanine was very close to the ceiling and the kids weren’t too keen on that. Not a complaint, we knew what we were booking from photos etc. just something to be mindful of.

Not enough toilets in shared bathroom area, 4 showers 2 toilets and 1 sink for all 7 (I think) rooms.

The location is great. 30 minutes driving to the entrance of kings canyon national park. The room has everything you need. refrigerator and microwave are included.
The facility needs upgrades. The door lock has no bolt lock. I had to try a few times to make sure the door is locked. Someone even tried to open the door in the mid of night. Scared to death.

Perfect location close to the Big Stump entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia Park. Good food at their restaurant. Kitchen and Laundry available at no extra cost.
The cabins are only barns. As described, they only have shared bathrooms and showers. Also we had ants in our cabin. Needs updates. Overprice food at the restaurant and staff is not very friendly.

It’s old but exactly what we expected. So close to Sequoia/Kings Canyon…nice being one of the first cars at the Park entrance. Gena’s restaurant was good value with home cooked food, great staff and though the only food around, reasonably priced.

I liked the location and the fact that the room was clean.
It was very cold. I froze. They had a small Electric air heater not suitable for the room area. The bathroom was outside and you had to wait for hot water, plus it was extremely cold.

IT is good value for the price. Staff in restaurant very nice and dinner was good. Contactless checkin. Rooms are very small but suitable for one night. Previous reviews mentioned noise but we did have any problem, it was quiet.
