Breakfast was very good very organized and clean

I would have rated my over all stay a perfect 10 but my sleeping accommodations was not met because I did not have a sofa bed in my room. so we had to change our sleeping arrangements.🙁

Room was nice..comfortable bed

3/4 shower glass door..prefer a full shower door.. how can you not have flavored creamers for coffee..ran out of breakfast items 2 hrs before it ended

Um, breakfast was lacking just a touch. It would have been nice to have eggs and breakfast meats instead of a bucket of oatmeal with a bunch of toppings. Oatmeal is great, but not everybody can eat it.

The location and the facility were great. The staff was nice and very helpful when I had an issue with my remote. The rooms were very nice and clean

If I had to choose, the breakfast could be better.

Overall, the hotel is nice and in a good location. The staff was nice and friendly, was trying to be helpful although the GM was not.

I booked at a lower rate in which I have done before but this time they ran my card before, even when I spoke with someone that I would bring in a new card, and the card declined. So when I went in to provide my new card I was charged at a higher rate since my card declined. They stated that a call was made but I didn't have any messages or their number on my call logged unless they called from a totally different number from their hotel number. And no message was left for me to call back regarding my payment and I also called the hotel and was never informed of the issue. I was told by staff that the GM would have to fix the issue and refund me the difference because they remembered me calling but the GM didn't want to hear it and said he was not going to refund I should. GM made my decision to never book at this location due to it was confirmed by staff that I called regarding payment and my card was still ran against my authorization but he didn'thave a good attitude in resolvingthe issue. After I advised I would bring a new card. He did not care what me or his staff had discuss and just made the decision. I often book staycation especially since i work for the hospital to get away from home. He stated when I mention I would just book at other location that they are all sister properties as if it was a sort of threat or something. So even though it was a nice hotel In a good spot I would book other ones in the area.

Very well kept property. Room had plenty of space and was very clean. Good selections on tv. Adequate parking. Breakfast provided.

the pillows were not comfortable, but that’s the only complaint

Excellent service, friendly personnel and excellent facilities. Gym is a great plus.
