Ground floor undercroft needs a good clean. Tree adjacent to the upper level deck needs to be cutback to enhance the available view

Good size comfortable room well equipped kitchen area. Friendly staff. Nice setting with a decent size pool.

Needed a good clean and refresh, a lot of spider webs in the room and the pool had a few bugs and leaves in.

The location was excellent and the grandkids loved the countryside. Spacious yard for Oztag practice before competing in State Cup, Coffs Harbour. Cows, chickens, native wildlife were a bonus as well as the salt water pool to relax and unwind in after exploring Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas. Close to Bellingen where there was an IGA and a variety of restaurants and takeaway shops if you were in need of groceries or didn’t want to cook. Excellent BBQ area overlooking pool and the surrounding countryside.

More communication with owners and the little things like tissues on hand, more toilet paper provided for the number of days we were there and decent coffee cups would have been appreciated. On the list of available items it said pool towels provided but none were so it was lucky we’d taken some with us.

it’s a quiet peaceful place. Ben was great. it’s a cozy place. great to get away from the hustle bustle.

Wonderfully comfortable with every convenience very nicely provided and modern . Extremely clean and run by the nicest person calked Ben. He was very helpful and even wrote us a personal handwritten welcome greeting . Little vase of flowers and greens presented with care on the table to make it feel like home . Great location . Look out for the white fence on the left when approaching from Coffs direction . This place should win an accommodation award!!!

Loved the surroundings, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds.

very relaxing I loved the pool, the cows, & I was able to get the eggs from the chickens for bfast. Had a beautiful outlook.

haha my hubby is 5’11 staying in the loft probably wasn’t ideal as he had to bend down the whole time, hit his head a few times.

peaceful location, yet close to town. plenty of room in the cabin and a beautiful pool.

No toilet paper

The orignal booked room was unacceptable because the our heads would hit the overhead beams if we stood upright. Fortunately another cabin was available. It was spacious and comfortable

They are selling the property and I think it is shows. There are signs of neglect. Missing items in kitchen dirty bbq and toaster . No knives . Broken vacuum . No compendium. No wine glasses etc

Beautiful location, perfect outlook.

Cottage was dirty inside and out. Linen on the beds wasn't pressed. Gardens beds neglected. Gutter hanging off the outdoor BBQ area. Pool needs cleaning. Owners not on site so unaware of neglect.

A great place to stay, we really enjoyed relaxing in our little loft. Great views and close to Belligen for food shopping etc Being able to use the canoes on-site was great, really beautiful down on the river. Would recommend this place to my friends

Probably the only thing I would mention is if your wanting a weekend away with no children you could have a family with children staying next to you. Apart from that it’s perfect
