La cocina abierta al comedor se nota reformada y le da un aire rejuvenecido al piso. El baño es amplio y la habitaciones aceptables. Tiene todo lo necesario, tanto en cocina como en aseos .

El portal de entrada huele mal, a tuberías. Y aunque está reformado se nota que es un piso viejo. La habitación de los niños se fundieron las dos luces que tiene. Y las almohadas de ambas habitaciones son malas.

La ubicación cerca de la playa y de supermercados. Que había en el apartamento lo necesario para un par de dias :jabón, estropajo, gel de ducha lo que facilita mucho las cosas. Además nos dejaron una cuna y trona y las camas eran fantásticas. La comunicación con los gestores es muy fluida y mandan una información completísima al hacer la reserva. La recogida de llaves es fácil con un cajetin en otro lugar cercano.

Nada, todo fantástico y bien organizado. Lo recomiendo y volvería a repetir.

Thank you for the cozy and comfortable apartments. All issues with the agency can be resolved electronically - we specified how to take the keys from the cell at night. We used almost all the equipment, except for the dishwasher and air conditioners (in September it was quite comfortable without them). The apartments have a small terrace, used for drying clothes and towels. Enough dishes. Everything is clear. The plate is fast. The location is wonderful - to the beach about 5-7 minutes walk, to the bus stop to Valencia - 3 minutes, to the supermarket - 5 minutes. There is an information center on the waterfront where you will be given a Puerto de Sagunto map. Nearby is the historical center, where you can visit the market, theater, walk the streets. The sea is wonderful for children and adults, along the beach and further along the natural coastal park you can walk to the piers with yachts. Take food for the fish, this is a separate pleasure.

From the wishes, I would like to have a couple of washing capsules for the washing machine for a week. Of the two pans, one was not suitable for use on this stove (it is better to remove it).

Hello, We would like to express our opinion and evaluate our stay in Spain where we rented apartment from 29.06. till 02.07. Apartamento B, Felipe II Puerto Sagunto, reservation 2437199423 made by Aleksandrs Gubanovs. We had a conflict with the facility that was not resolved considerably and affected our time, money as well as we received so much negativity. Upon arrival we found out that the apartment we booked had some technical issues but new apartment was not prepared yet. Employees tried to resolve the issue but communication was hard at first as no one on site spoke English. But then we saw a sign that showed that communication is possible in Russian and an interpreter was called. They provided us with one apartment for one night and another for 2 nights. Interpreter confirmed that and employee sent information as well because they did not know how long will the repair be of the originally booked apartment. Everything was good till on the second day at 15:00 we received SMS that we have to urgently move to the apartment we originally booked. We were very confused because we were not warned about this third move and had already left the city for a meeting. They gave us 1 hour to return and move, as well as they threatened us that we will have to pay extra 500 € and complained that they now have to order extra cleaning because of us. That was so unprofessional and incompetent of them, we would say even rude. We had to rush back, spend our time, money on extra fuel and move our meeting, in addition we had to listen to Host blaming us for their incompetence. We have saved all written communication and can share that with you, if you need it. We use Booking quite often but this incident makes us think, if in future we need to look for a different service. Please check this case and find a solution that would compensate our extra financial expenses as well as moral compensation for this unpleasant experience. Will wait for soon response. It is newly furnished, the owner is very responsive 👍and also granted our request for the iron before our arrival -. thank you🙏. All comunication went really well. The apartment ticked off all our needs. Clean. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds!!! Ps. Close proximity to the beach, groseries, restaurants...convinient, in 4 night stay we had never had a problem with a parking (it is free😉).

Would like to note that the view from the living and dining room with the kitchen is direct on the street and oposite building. The sleeping rooms are on the quiter side of the building. As we roughly knew the area and knew what to expect it did not boder us😉.
